The Beta [Chapter 13]

Y/N: If that's all, then this should be fun.

You started to walk towards the monsters with your scythe in your hand.

Peter: Wait, you can't take them all down be your self.

Y/N: I'm a Platinum ranked adventurer for a reason. If I can't do this then I shouldn't be platinum. Just watch and learn.

You rushed towards the hoard of monsters slashing and decapitating them, left to right. A group of goblins jumped at you but you trapped them in a magic barrier and placed a black hole spell inside the magic barrier. The goblins were ripped to shreds and nothing remained.

Ainz: Y/N, DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE SOME FOR ME.

Ainz jumped into the fight and stabbed his two swords into the nearest giant. He then did a spin attack which cut down the nearby goblins. Two giants jumped at Ainz. Ainz had little time to react and was almost killed but the giants stopped and their heads and arms fell off. A pool of blood surrounded the giants.

Y/N: You said "leave some for me" and this is what happens. *Face Palm*

Ainz: I had things under control.

Y/N: Are you actually being serious right now. If I hadn't saved you, you would be damaged. These creatures aren't low level.

Just then, a terrifying scream filled the air. Multiple dark creature walked out of the forest with a dark aura.

Ainz: WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?!??!

Y/N: What? Those are Shadow Beast, they were in the beta version of the game, but got removed. How are they here?!?!?

Ainz: It looks like this world brings items and creatures from beta and test servers of the game. I wonder if that applies to the magic spells and weapons as well?

Y/N: Lets find out then.

You started to go through your spells and found one spell from the beta servers, an evil grin appeared on your face, the spell you found was never put into the game due to it being overpowered. It was called Divine Hell, anyone that was considered an enemy would combust into bright yellow flames. It would still work even if the enemies have fire resistant spells, or armor. The spell is casted by a chant.

Y/N: Oh, hell yes, now prepare to die! FLAMES OF HELL AND MIGHT OF THE HEAVENS, COME TOGETHER AND STRIKE WITH YOUR DIVINE HELLS

The shadow beast combusted into a pillar of flames leaving nothing behind. Not even their ashes remained. After the fires stopped, Ainz approached you.

Ainz: Looks like beta and test server spells still work here. Its also great to see that Divine Hell works the same as it did in the beta.

Y/N: Yeah its great, but does that mean that there are weapons from the beta and test servers are here too?

Ainz: I hope so, but if it does exist, lets hope that no one has found any of them yet.

Y/N: Yeah, if someone did find one, we could all be dead, but if they aren't found yet we can go get some.

Ainz: But where would they be? They game removed all beta and test server items when the game officially released.

Y/N: Well all the weapons and spell books I found were all in sacred temples, maybe the temples transfer over here?

While you and Ainz were thinking and lost in thoughts the team and Nphirea walked towards you and Ainz.

Peter: Woah, that was incredible, You have such strong magic abilities. I thought you were just a weapons user?

Y/N: I prefer to use weapons but it was a situation that required me to kill them quickly.

As you and the crew camped out and talked about the fight. Someone named Clementine walks into a temple and goes underneath it. She enters a large cave with a ritual in the middle.

Clementine: Oh Zaranon, where are you?

Zaranon: What are you doing here, and what do you want?

Clementine: Oh, nothing, I just need you to make this little trinket work for me.

Zaranon: Impossible!?!? Thats a treasure from the Slane Theocracy princess, how do you have it!?!?!

Clementine: Oh I know its from the princess. The poor thing was going crazy and insane because of it, so I snatched it off her head.

Zaranon: Well I can't really help you because, the treasure only works with one out of a million people.

Clementine: Then what about that boy in town. I heard he is a talent holder that can use a magic item.

Zaranon: If you just want to kidnap him than do it, you don't need my help.

Clementine: Then lets make a deal, you do something for me and I will help you in your rituals. So deal or no deal?

Zaranon: Well, now how can I refuse a deal like that.
