Recently after the marriage 🅱️ asked such an interesting question.

Why are you so afraid of people? Why are you shy? I just wanted to know, because I want to help.

Lon’s usually static nose was twitching and trembling. It was shifting up and down in the slightest movements. The U was unfolding in a slight L and back. Purple tears fell down Lon’s face after hearing such uplifting words. Even though it was just a question.

Back on Axis the mother was afraid. Lon was an explorer, trying to find all the mysteries in the homespace and putting them together. Mother hated the idea and shut Lon out of the rest of Axis. But he persisted and persisted. He was trying to break down the locked doors and get his desired glimpse at the beautiful public area. The beauty that he was locked out of. He was trying to open up the roof hatch and fly. Fly and see the marvels of the future. In the homespace of mother there was no future. But he kept on trying. After hours, days, weeks, years of attempting of escape and reluctance, Lon was forcefully wrapped in rock and tech, equipped with rockets, and ready to go. Mother put on a spacesuit and went outside to let go of Lon. Mother launched Lon out, only to forget, only to let go. Her regrets flew away, into space, into nothing. All out of fear.

Lon inherited his mother's fear of the outside world. It was like a bad gene. He didn't want it, need it, or deserve it. But he got it. In isolation, he got it. Straight from mother. When mother threw her fear away, the fear got into his heart. Embedded like a needle in the thread. Hurts like a needle to the skin. A generational curse that pinches and hurts and stings. A family oriented pain.

That’s what everyone at Daepi’s homespace learned today, after the wedding, before the truth.

Now they were all trying to assist Lon. Everyone was helping in their own ways. Trying to pry the needle out. Prying mother's needle out.

Lon turned from a regret, a fear, a mistake, into a king. He was still shy, but no longer because he was afraid. But rather because he knew he had company that would care for him and not worry.

This was the greatest thing to have.
