Back on Axis, a replay of the wedding was shown on a holograph. It replayed in almost perfect quality, since Shaggy had snuck a camera into the wedding.

Four young men sat at a table watching it. One of them had curly brown hair that radiated excitement. On the hair was a hat to control its desire. The second one had long, but neat, wavy black hair that was quiet and appreciative everything on it. The third one had salt-and-pepper curly hair that was chaotic. The fourth one had extremely calm, short black hair that was not prone to chaos.

Clancy, the one with brown hair, didn't know whether to feel bored or happy because of the wedding. He complained to both Brendon, the one with wavy black hair, and Tenya, the one with smooth black hair, about this but in response they both argued how wonderful it wass.

OG Frank, the one with salt-and-pepper hair,  thought of it solely as interesting. How two different breeds of aliens were getting married. Interspecies marriages were not common, but they weren't rare.

When the replay was over everyone applauded. Then the boys decided to watch some TV on the holograph. On it was the news. The headlines read, “Attack on Romula: Unknown attack causes Romulans to escape Romula.” The news reporter, named John Gaster, stated that the casualties were unknown yet the one thing that's known is that only six pods escaped from Romula.

“A tragedy where the cause is not known, is the the worst type of tragedy.” Brendon admitted with upset in his voice.

“Indeed,” Tenya acknowledged. “If you don't know the cause, it makes the tragedy even more sad.”

“Well, we have to know the cause of this incident. So we can end it and there's less suffering.” Clancy added.

“That's right! We'll find it and end it. But the only way to find out is to go to Romula!” Frank agreed.

“Due to how horrid this event is, all Romulan traveling opportunities have been canceled. That's what I read on the panel near us,” Tenya disputed.

“Let's just not go and have the daredevil explorers here just check it out.” Brendon finally concluded.

An idea shot back into Tenya’s head. He finally remembered, “Wait… There was one trip that may take us to Romula to find the problem.”

“What is it? I hope it isn't another one of those trips that have only commentary and stuff.” Clancy asked in concern.

“Those are tours, Clance.” Brendon replied while he nudged Clancy on the shoulder. Then he put his arm around Clancy's shoulder.

“It's not a tour. Follow me and you'll see what it is.” Tenya said.

The gang walked toward a panel labeled “Booth Finder”.

He typed onto the panel.

“What are you doing?” Clancy asked.

“Something I've never thought of doing. Something I have no choice but to do. If we want to save the people of Romula we're gonna have to do this.” Tenya replied.

Frank keenly observed what booth Tenya found. “Hmm… Good idea…” Frank admitted. Tenya sighed. “Not really. We don’t have a choice.” he replied.

“Booth #A7648. Nearby the Apsirum booth,” he stated. “This way.” He pointed to the direction where the booth numbers went higher.

The halls were large, but they weren’t very crowded and cramped. There were aliens casually walking left and right, forwards and back. Many different kinds. The four men walked past the halls, the alien booths and the food courts. They kept walking until…

A7644. A7645. A huge crowd of mostly aliens were in line for the Apsirum hunt. Walking past the crowd was tough. Everyone was squeezed by the aliens, especially the ones with soft yet hard skin. A7646. A7647. A7648! This is it! A line was starting to bulk up here. So they just went to the back of the line. Aliens were packed behind them. After minutes of waiting, they were finally in the front of the line. They entered each of their names and IDs in alphabetical order by last name. The AI rearranged it to be in order by ID: Brendon Kogan, Clancy Reel, Frank Nagimade, Tenya Dirk.

“You have three hours to get ready before the flight leaves at 5:00 PM UTC. Go to Port #A9 at that time.” the AI stated.

“You heard them. Now let's go!” Clancy said.

Three hours later...

Tenya was at Port #A9 ready to depart. The lighted up door sign clicked from “CLOSED” to “OPEN” and the door sank to the floor. He was the first one in, then the others followed.

They walked through the hall and boarded the spacecraft.

The first thing that popped up when boarding the craft was a tablet with a namelist. Tenya took his ID card and inserted it into the slot on the tablet. The tablet’s screen flashed in green and signaled the word “APPROVED”. He passed through.

The ship was larger than expected. It had about a thousand slots with five hundred on each side and each slot had a small ship in it. The ships had weapons equipped to them and the cockpit could fit a person. It also had some weapon storage in the rear.

But Tenya continued to walk until he reached the next part of the ship, which had seats lined around the edges and some space in the center. He took a seat near the corner of the room, next to the doorway to another compartment.

Aliens have also taken their seats. Frank sat right next to Tenya. Brendon and Clancy sat across from them.

After everyone took their seats, a thunder of a voice yelled, “Attention travelers from Booth #A7648! You are about to embark on an extremely dangerous mission.”.

The booming voice continued to yell instructions, warnings and orders. When it was done, Tenya grabbed his minicomputer out of his pocket. He turned it on and started to write an email.
