“What is your warning?” 🅱 asked.

“Our warning is that some strange hostile alien species has attacked Romula. We are not able to recognize the species; however these attacks were damaging and destructive. So many lives have been lost. Only a few of us escaped. A majority of the few escaped to Earth while the rest of us escaped to Mars. These aliens are not native to our habitat, for they have traveled. So we came to Earth in escape.” Lyrelle explained.

Shaggy opened his mouth to say something. Then he was interrupted.

“But they may come for you, too. Worst case scenario.” Kuro continued.

Now everyone has their mouth open in shock. “Gotta prepare for the worst, so we can be rewarded with the best.” 🅱 stated.

The majority of the group nodded in agreement. After all, he was known for his wise words sometimes.

“We are already prepared for the worst. Or at least, were. There are four powerful weapons scattered around Earth. They were crafted by Romulan alchemists, so they function by what you Earthlings may think is ‘magic’. But it's not, it's just the weird science of our species.” Lyrelle replied.

“Each one contains a designated aspect. Space, time, illusion, or reality. The weapons absorb the genetic composition of the first person that touches it, so don't alter your genes during this event. They don't look like what you think of as weapons like swords or guns. They look like glowing cubes. They glow of the respective colors: crimson red, sea green, midnight purple and warm amber.” Kuro continued.

Shaggy's hand shot up. “Does the time cube allow time travel?” he asked.

“We are unsure of the powers of these cubes, but they sure are strong!” Lyrelle answered.

“We all must go find these cubes!” Kuro stated enthusiastically.

“Blake and Lon are at the homespace though, we cannot leave them behind.” Nora argued.

“You four will go. We protect Blake and Lon. We have our own weapons. They are not from alchemy, so they aren't very powerful. But they are good enough. If they get us, we might die, though.” Kuro admitted.

“Don’t worry. We have provided you with communication devices in case you needed help. They’re like the old-fashioned walkie talkies, except higher communication range. Much higher.” Lyrelle added.

Kuro hands a metallic gold-colored device with a button and speakers over to 🅱.

“Please, I trust you, B, to take care of this. Now good luck on your trip!” Kuro concluded.

The group nodded in gratitude for the device. Then Shaggy and the others got on the quadbike. The quadbike left the homespaces. Left in confusion.

Meanwhile, Kuro decided to knock on the door of who they thought was Blake’s.

“Is anyone here?” Kuro yelled as he repeatedly rapped his fist on the mixed-plastic door.

Blake opened up the door. “Hmmm… Who are you?” she asked, observing the details of the uninvited yet welcome guest.

“My name is Kuro. I am an escapee from Romula,” Kuro responded while leading Lyrelle to their location, being on Blake’s doorstep. “We are here to protect you.”
