Chapter 1: The plan

(( Clems Pov ))

Six weeks Later...

I woke up.

The sun peeked through the window and shined on my face. I got up slowly, my ankle still hurt but it was already healed. I sat up and starred out the window, today we're going to escape. Today our plan runs into action.

Suddenly, my door swings open. Its Rose, " You ready to get out of here? She asks me.

I nodd my head, "Hows Luke?" I ask her.

Rose smiles, "He's doing fine, Clem. All his wounds are cleaned and sealed."

Thats all i care about right now, "Did you tell him the plan?" I ask.

She nodds, then frowns, "What if... your plan, dosn't work?"

I glare at her, "It WILL." I stand up, walk past Rose and enter the hall way. Rose walks beside me, "Glad you don't have to use your crutches anymore." She smiles.

"Yeah. I get a lot more work done now." I shrug.

"After tonight, we won't have to do ANY work." She clutches her clipboard to her chest. I nodd in agreement, this plan HAS to work.

"Can we visit Luke now?" I ask Rose. She hesitates to answer, but then smiles, "Sure Clem."

Rose lead me into the Cell's, where Luke has been for six weeks, "Clementine!" He smiles through the cell bars.

"Are you ready to leave tonight?" I ask him.

"Absolutly." He nodds, "Im ready. Fuck it, lets go now!"

I shake my, "You know the plan, we do this tonight not now."

"Right." He holds my hand, " Im just ready to get out of the damn cage."

I kiss his cheek, "I know you are. Just a few more hours though, then you, me, Rose and Cathy can leave."

He kisses me back. "Go now. I don't want you getting caught with me."

I roll my eyes, "Okay, okay."

Rose leads me back up thr stairs, "Bye Luke." I wave.

"See you tonight." He says.
