I sighed and made myself comfortable on the bed and placed the drawing book and pouch on the nightstand. And took the books in my hands and started reading it. It was a diary converted into a book and published.
I read around five chapters and it was interesting but I was feeling sleepy and my eyes were closing on their own.
I decided it's better I sleep, so I folded the corner of the page I was on and closed it and placed it on the nightstand along with the other stuff and snuggled under the covers.
I welcomed the warmth of the blanket and closed my eyes and let sleep take me.

I woke up from the constant knocking on the door. I don't know why do they knock, don't they understand I cannot lock it, it's already locked from outside.
I lifted my head from the pillow and shouted "You know there is no use of knocking, it's locked from the other side, I didn't do anything. So you can just open and enter." And dropped my head back and covered my face up from the blanket.
The door opened. " Finally!! You woke up! You know I have been knocking on the door from past ten minutes. You are so lazy." Maya complained.
"Why did you even knock?? You know it's not locked from the inside!!" I groaned.
"I know.. just wanted to make sure you are awake"
"Ya, I am very much now" I replied annoyed that she woke me up.
"I see that. Now get up you lazy ass and eat your breakfast!" She spoke happily and slapped me on my butt.
"Noooooo...I want to sleep. You go, I'll eat it afterwards.' I whined, my voice muffled against the pillow.
"Get up Bella, come on" she spoke again and pulled the covers from above me.
"Ahh....okay fine! But what will I do? I don't have anything to do the whole day!!" I grumbled, getting up from the bed and sitting.
"You read the book and draw and write. Now go, brush your teeth and come out fast. The food's getting cold." She spoke folding the sheets neatly.
"Okay" I shrugged my shoulder and went to the bathroom, I did my work and came out.
I ate the breakfast. There were eggs and bacon and a cup of hot coffee. Maya was busy dusting and cleaning the room. I was still thinking whether I will get to go out today or not. I desperately wanted to.
"Maya?" I spoke after keeping the empty coffee cup on the nightstand.
"What is it Bella?" She asked closing the closet and taking out a pair of shorts and long shirt for me from the closet.
"Will I get to go out today?" I asked her hoping that I will.
She sighed, handed me the clothes and sat down beside me. "Honesty speaking, I don't know. But I will try to convince him."
"Okay" I whispered feeling sad that even today I am suppose to be locked here.
"Don't be disheartened. I will try my best to convince him." She spoke pulling me in a hug and kissing my forehead. "I need to go now. I will complete my other works and will be back by lunch. "
"Okay, bye...." I spoke feeling the gloominess coming back.
"Bye" Maya spoke and picked up the empty dishes and moved out of the room, leaving me alone again..
I picked up the clothes that Maya gave to me and jumping out of the bed to take a shower.
I stayed inside for almost thirty minutes. The hot water from the shower making me feel good. I then came out, dried myself up and wore the clothes.
