joba smiled and typed up a response.

matt: i said u were cute. i meant that looool

joba: oh ty lol

matt: u said ur single?

joba: yeah. but dont you have a girlfriend???

matt: its more of a thing lmao. wanna come to my place after u leave romils

joba: why lol

joba sighed. he knew damn well why matt wanted him to come over.

matt: i wanna get to kno u better u seem dope af

joba: is that why you're asking if im single...

matt: no i was askin for a friend lmaooooo

joba: but you just denied being in a relationship after asking me if i was single. i'm confused.

matt: it dont matter lol just come over

joba: maybe another time. i'm so sleepy.

matt: you can just take a nap here..

joba: i have my own bed lol thanks tho

matt: if u change ur mind my addy is 73 willow ave pull up.

joba tossed his phone down. as much as he enjoyed matt's company he wasn't about to hook up with him; he didn't like guys. and even if he did, he wouldn't want to lose his virginity to matt of all people. "your buddy's trying to get in my pants." joba said.

"matt?" romil asked.

"yup." joba groaned, "he was asking me to come over after i left your place."

"jesus. typical matthew," romil giggled. "don't pay any mind to it. he's kind of a fuckboy, but like, he's cool as long as you don't involve yourself with him like that."

"i wasn't really planning on it." joba muttered.

the pair spoke for a few more hours before at around 7, joba decided it was time for him to head home. he enveloped romil in a hug and while he was saying goodbye, joba instructed romil to tell him if matt said anything about wanting to fuck him. romil agreed and joba hopped into his truck and glanced at his phone.

joba sighed and opened the notification. he added matt back and opened the photo from him

joba groaned and snapped back a reply

matt left him on open and joba placed his phone in the cupholder as he drove back home. he decided not to play any music; he needed to just think for a minute. also, he still had a raging headache. as he pulled into a gas station, he opened his phone again. another snap from matt.

joba chuckled at matt's pathetic attempts to continue to speak to him. he snapped back in the chat.

joba boring: literally stop bro im not gonna fuck u

matty champ: dam who said i wanted ur dick

joba boring: im blocking you

matty champ: no u arent lmaooo

matty champ: u still pretty as fuck im ngl i just wanna let you kno ur fucking gorgeous lol

joba boring: ok

joba returned home a few minutes later. matt continued to snap him, but now it was more or less just matt begging for forgiveness after joba told him to fuck off. joba didn't stay mad at matt for long- he found it impossible. he'd get frustrated over the boy's fuckboyish snaps but the minute he'd send a picture of his stupid mug joba's anger would melt away. joba would send a picture back and every few pictures matt would take a screenshot. it would be a lie if joba said he wasn't flattered. he wished that matt wasn't a 'fuckboy', maybe then he'd consider going on a date or two with him, just to explore his sexuality. he doubted that he'd ever be able to love a guy like he loved a girl, but it was worth trying out at least once.

he shifted in his bed and smiled to himself when matt would call him pretty and screenshot his snaps. usually, he was the one calling someone pretty and taking screenshots, but it was refreshing and flattering to be on the receiving end. he didn't mind feeling submissive to someone at all.

the clock hit 10, and joba decided it was best that he started to try to go to sleep, being that he had school the following morning. he sent a final goodnight snap to matt. matt typed in the chat in response.

matty champ: goodnight beautiful! sleep well.

joba's cheeks grew hot and he replied with a simple "goodnight" before placing his phone on his nightstand. as much as he hated admitting it, matt made him feel validated and happy.
