Ch.6

"(Y/N), truth or dare," Alyssa asks. I feel my stomach rise to my throat.

I glare at her for a second before safely saying, "truth."

"Is it true you think that you have teleportation abilities?" she asked. Everyone around us started whispering and I smirked. You made a mistake, Alyssa.

"No, who would say that? Maybe a delusional person thought it up, but I know I don't have powers," I speak.

People start talking about how Alyssa started the rumor, making her the delusional person in question.

"But you told me about it a few days ago, didn't you (Y/N)?" she asks. I stare at her for a moment and then shrug.

"I was probably talking about a show or video game. You should get better ears," I state.

Alyssa can't argue now. I've got her in a corner of me saying that I most certainly don't have powers.

She stuck in a social corner now. Man, when did I get this evil? I look at Alyssa and she gives a nervous smile.

"You're right, it's just a silly rumor. My sister told me you said it and I decided to ask you because it was so absurd," she says.

Ah, yes, lying to get yourself out of a pickle.

"Hey, Alyssa," I say aloud. Alyssa looks at me.

"Yeah?" she responds.

"Truth or dare," I can almost hear her sigh of relief.

"Dare," she says. I think for a moment. What dare would be good?

"I dare you to kiss whoever your crush is. If he's in this room right now, that is," I dare her.

She looks at me and I see a moment of worry and embarrassment flash through her eyes.

"Okay," she squeaks out before standing hesitantly. She takes a few steps and then looks around before going towards me and Peter.

My face twists in confusion for a moment before I realize she's going to kiss Peter. I look over at Peter and he just seems confused.

I nudge him and try to tell him that she's going to kiss him. He doesn't understand and she's only a few steps away.

"She's going to kiss you, idiot," I whisper to him. He makes an 'oh' face before turning to me.

"I don't want to be kissed," he says frantically.

"Well, then tell her," I tell him. He gives me a unwilling look before turning to her. She's standing there staring at Peter.

"Wait, are you two dating," she asks. I shake my head and Peter looks away. "Oh, good! Then I can do this!"

She grabs Peter's chin and pulls him closer to her mouth. Poor Peter. He looks like a lost puppy.

Alyssa smirks a little before going in for a kiss and I immediately regret daring her to kiss her crush... wait!

That means Peter is her crush. Oh, my god, and everyone knows. Peter does too. Maybe, he's a little clueless when it comes to romance.

Alyssa pulls away and lightly pushes Peter back.

"There," she says to me before walking back to her spot. She sits down and everyone goes silent.
