y/n doesn't like calling on the phone. she would rather text because calling is nerve racking. she thinks that she will mess up and ruin relationships. but, her boyfriend noah likes to call.

i heard my phone ringing. i grabbed it and it read "noah 💕". i hesitated on answering but answered anyways.
"hey princess. sorry if it's late, i just wanted to talk to you" he said while chuckling. "uh yeah" i replied shyly.
"are you okay?" he asked concerned. "i just don't like calling anyone. i'd rather text" i said while giggling. "oh, i'm so sorry. i just wanted to.. never mind" he said while cutting himself off.
"what?" i whined playfully"
"i just wanted to hear your gorgeous voice." he said bluntly.
