Chapter 30: The Robbery

I went to Google and searched up flights to Turks and Caicos. I looked and saw that on Expedia.com, there were cheap flights so I bought ten Economy tickets that will be round trip. and it only cost 3,000 dollars. I just put the credit card number in and bam! I bought it. I got my phone and texted Ray.

Moni- Hey Ray, I got the tickets :-P

Ray- For real? That fast? :O

Moni- Ya (^.^)

Ray - What about the hotel reservations? (•ิ_•ิ)

Moni- Crab, I forgot! :3

Ray-So if I didn't remind you, we would have no place to sleep?  :-\

Moni- I guess so. I'll get right on that. ttyl(˙_˙)

Ray-Okay bye :)

Dang it! I thought I was forgetting something. I go to the laptop and start on that.

Jacob and I went to the LAPD and we saw this white lady that looked like she was in her late 30's with blonde hair in a neat bun and a suit. She was typing away on her computer until she saw us.

"Hello, what can I do for you?"

"Can we see Chief Thompson please?" Jacob asked.

"Do you have an appointment?"

"No, but it's very urgent that we see him." I said.

"And why is that?" She raised an eyebrow. 

"Well you see our friend was kidnapped by someone we know and he took her to Turks and Caicos and who knows what he can be doing to her. So we need police help to recover her."

"Oh my goodness! I'll send you up right away!" She exclaimed as she picked up a telephone and spoke, "Mr. Thompson, two boys are here to see you, it is very urgent! I'm sending them up right now." She put down the phone and continued typing. We were just standing there, looking clueless until she saw we were still standing there.

"You can go now." She shooed us away.

"Oh---Oh okay." We speed walked to his office saying Chief Thompson LAPD in gold. We went in and saw a black man, he had a gray beard and gray hair.

"I heard you boys wanted to see me." He said as he offered us a seat. 

"Yeah...actually we did, sir." Jacob nodded.

"Well I'm here. What can I do for you?" He gave a crooked smile.

"Well our friend had been kidnapped by one of our closest friends and he took her to Turks and Caicos and he can be doing some.....explicit things to her." I felt uncomfortable saying anything else. 

"Oh, we'll help you but--" He was interrupted by Jacob.

"Excuse me for interrupting you sir but see, we have had a past with phony officers and we need to know if they're real. We need identification and---"
