The piercing screams became muffled once the boys got backstage. With their skin shinning with sweat and broad grins cutting across their faces, Bangtan was ushered into a crowded room to get fixed up before they were interviewed by the press.

Jungkook settled down into his chair with his usual stylist behind him. She dried out his sweaty hair and wiped underneath his eyes to clear up the smudged eyeliner.

Taehyung was beside him talking to one of the cameras: "The fans were amazing, I had a lot of fun. The showcase was a big success so thankyou to all of our supporters. It's a pity that it's already over. We'll work hard! Fighting!"

Taehyung gave the camera a big smile and a wave before Jimin took over.

Not long after, the group was taken into a room with different cameras varying in size. There were 8 chairs lined up infront of a small crowed, who squealed as they walked in and took there seats.

As they mic-ed up a young man, not too much older than the members came in and introduced himself in a hushed tone.

When the cameras started rolling, the MC eased into the conversation, asking the usual questions.

"So out of the seven members, which one of you works the hardest?" he came to ask.

"Rap Monster, for sure," Jin replied with a grin, "As the leader, he does so much for us. We wouldn't last a week without him."

Namjoon chuckled, giving Jin a small thankyou.

"Ah- Of course, the leader. Very good," the MC hummed, "So then who trains the hardest? Or is it Rap Monster again?"

"J-Hope!" Yoongi half-shouted, "He's always in the practice rooms dancing his butt off."

Jungkook felt his stomach clench. J-Hope? Jungkook himself knew that J-Hope wasn't training as regularly as he was.

Jungkook tried not to dry reach at the overwhelming feelings that were taking over.

Jealousy... Pain... Rejection... Stress... Anger...

He couldn't quite put his finger on it. It was all rushing at him all at once, slamming into him like a brick wall, leaving him winded with an empty pair of lungs.

Jungkook was too busy trying to control himself that he didn't even notice the MC asking if he was okay.

With one hand covering his mouth and the other clenched over stomach, Jungkook felt a wave of dizziness before nausea struck him and he stood up from his chair in haste. Stumbling out of the room, Jungkook weaved through a busy corridor and into the closest restroom.

Jungkook practically fell into one of the cubicles, not even locking the door before bending over the toilet bowl and emptying his stomach. He tasted bile in his mouth and felt mucus leaking from his nose as the uncontrollable sobs shuddered through his body.

Jungkook was just leaning away from the toilet when he felt short, yet strong arms circle around his shoulders.

"Shh, it's okay. I'm here."

Yoongi's voice calmed him slightly. Jungkook leaned into the older boy, squeezing out hot tears which ran down his cheeks, dripping onto Yoongi's shirt which he was now clutching onto with both hands. Jungkook was hyperventilating, his tears still flowing steadily.

"Cry it out," Yoongi's voice cooed, "I'm here."

Following Yoongi's words, Jungkook continued to cry. He cried out all the tension and stress he'd been under the last few days, he cried out his exhaustion and need for rest and cried out the pain of not being with his family.

Wheezing in and out his breaths, he huddled closer into Yoongi's chest. His attempt to to calm down was not successful as his deep breaths were released in helpless whines and whimpers.

"I'm sorry."

The words left Yoongi's mouth, leaving behind trails of guilt as he rubbed circles into the younger boy's back.

"For w-what?" Jungkook asked with a quivering voice.

"Jin told me about what happened. With the headaches," Yoongi said while playing with the youngers damp locks, "He's really worried about you because you haven't gone to see a doctor. I am too.

When we got asked the question, I knew the answer was you, obviously. I'm pretty sure everyone did. But I didn't say you because I don't think it's a good thing. You training so hard, that's what causes your headaches, right? I don't want to encourage that. I didn't think it would trigger a mental breakdown. So I'm sorry for that."

"Don't be sorry," Jungkook sniffed, almost touched by the speech, "I overreacted. It's n-no big deal."

"Overreacted?" Yoongi ignored the urge to flick him in the forehead, "I can tell your exhausted, not just from tonight's show. You must also be under stress, so I wouldn't call it overreacting."

Jungkook sighed at the rapper's logic, cuddling up into his side. His eyes drifted closed.

"I miss my mum," Jungkook sighed.

"So do I, Jungkookie," Yoongi agreed.

Yoongi felt Jungkook become heavier in his arms, either from tension or drowsiness. The odds tilted to the latter, making Yoongi shake the younger awake.

"Come on, you can't sleep in a toilet cubicle. Besides, you did run out on an interview. Someone's going to barge in here if we don't show our faces soon."

Jungkook could only mumble in agreement as he let himself get pulled up to his feet and dragged out the door.
