*Daryl's pov*
Someone kicked me hard in the stomach and I fell to ground. I tried to get up to fight back but every time I moved I got another hard kick. I could hear Soph yelling and when the guy kicked me again my head turned and I could see a man holding her.

The guy kicked me one more time before yelling "Look there's the bag let's go." Once he stopped I was able to look up to see what was happening. There were three guys, one was the one who was beating me, another was dragging Glenn into a car and the last one was carrying Soph who was fighting to get out of his grasp. As soon as he began to walk away with Soph I stood up quickly and tried to run after them.

I aimed my crossbow at the guy carrying her but one of the others got in the way just after I shot it. It landed in the back of his leg but it didn't stop him, instead he just dropped the bag he was carrying and jumped in the car. I called out to Soph and screamed at them to let her go but they just threw her into the car and sped of.

I went to run after it but a bunch of walkers blocked the entrance to the alley.
"Come back here you sons of bitches!" I yelled as loud as I could but it did nothing, I just watched as they sped of round a corner.

Anger filled me. They took her. They took my sister. My body felt numb with rage.

I heard movement from behind me and turned to see the guy who was yelling from earlier was still there. I lunged at him and threw him against a wall but before I could throw any punches Rick and T-dog came running in and held me back. "Whoa! Whoa! Stop it!" Rick yelled at me while pushing me away from the guy.

"I'm gonna kill him!" I yelled at the guy, T-dog was holding him against the wall. Rick looked at me confused.

"They took em'! They took Soph! This little bastard and his little bastard homie friends took her! I'm gonna stomp his ass!" I yelled trying to fight against Rick. Rick loosened his grip on me slightly and looked angrily at the guy but before he could say anything T-dog yelled and pointed and I turned to see the walkers were getting into the alley.

Rick yelled for us to go to the ladder while he grabbed the bag of guns the guys dropped. T-dog dragged the guy with us and me made it back into the building.

                          ***************

T-dog put the guy in a chair so we could question him. I was throbbing anger and began pacing which was the only thing stopping me from killing the guy right then and there. My mind couldn't stop thinking about what they might do to her, my sister. She was the most important thing in the world to me and it made me feel physically sick thinking about them hurting her.

"Those men you were with, we need to know where they went." Rick said to the guy who I think said his name was Miguel. "I ain't telling you nothing." Was his response which made my whole body tense up and all I wanted to do was knock him out.

"Jesus man, what the hell happened back there?" T-dog asked me. "Told you! This little shit and his douchebag friends came outta nowhere and jumped me!" I replied pacing around the room trying to keep my rage under control.

"Your the one that jumped me! You and that blonde screaming about trying to find your brother like its my damn fault." Miguel said in a annoying voice which just pissed me of even further.
"You took Soph and Glenn! Could've taken Merle too." I shouted.
"Merle? What kinda hick name is that? I wouldn't name my dog Merle." He said. That was it, I ran at him and went to kick him hard in the face but Rick pushed me away again.
"Damn it Daryl. Back off."

I figured this guy wasn't going to tell us anything if we just asked. We had to threaten him. I got Merles hand out of Glenn's bag and unwrapped it out of the cloth. I threw it onto Miguel's lap and said "Now that's what happened to the last guy that pissed me off."

He jumped out the chair and yelled in disgust and fell on the floor. I went over to him and grabbed him by the shirt and yelled, "Now you've more than pissed me off so I'm gonna start with the feet this time!"

But Rick pulled me off him again and bent down to talk to him. "The men you were with took our friends. All we wanna do is talk to them see if we can work something out." The guy looked scared so my threatening tactic must of worked. He reluctantly nodded at Rick and agreed to take us to where his friends where.

My anger was soon met with sadness. I could feel the tears welling in my eyes but I didn't let them come. I had lost both my siblings in one day. I loved Merle, he was my brother, but I could live without him, I had done before when he left home the first time. But not Soph. I loved her even more. I couldn't live without her. If anything were to happen to her I would die.

******************

We were about to leave to try and make a deal with this group. The plan was for me and Rick, who I've decided to try and forget about what he did to Merle, at least until we get Soph back, to walk with Miguel while he's bound to talk to the group. Meanwhile T-dog would hang back in the tree line with one of the sniper rifles from Ricks sheriff bag in case anything went south.

It was a decent plan I guess but I had a feeling it wasn't going to go the way we wanted it to. I went by the entrance of the building and waited for Rick and T-dog to finish binding the guy. We were hiding out in the jewellery shop that was below the roof Merle had been left on. My eyes started to sting with tears but I held them back, Merle was strong, he was the bravest out of all of us. He was brave enough to try and stand up to our dad, even though nothing ever changed at least he tried. I had to believe that he got out of the city and wasn't bleeding out in an alley way somewhere. I had to focus all my energy on getting Soph back. I would die for her and so would Merle.

I paced around the shop trying to calm myself down. My stress levels were through the roof from worrying about Soph. What were they doing to her? The worst possible things came to my mind and I felt sick. Hearing Miguel in the other room wasn't helping either, if Rick and T-dog weren't here I probably would of killed him.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw something glinting in the light. I looked over and figured out it was a necklace in a broken display case. I walked over and cuffed it in my hand. It was silver with a star charm on it. It immediately reminded me of Sophie, and of Merle.

The three of us had all got a small star tattoo on our hands a few months before this whole mess started. We didn't really have a reason for doing it but it did give us something to do for a few hours instead of going home to where 'he' was. We let Soph pick what to get and Merle wasn't too happy about her choice of a star but since she had had him wrapped around her little finger since the moment she was born, he didn't take much convincing. It did take a bit longer than expected though since Soph is 17 she wasn't technically legal to get a tattoo. However Merle managed to bribe the guy with drugs and within no time the three of us where leaving the shop with new ink.

A smile pulled at the corners of my mouth from the memory and tears formed in my eyes but I quickly shut them to stop them from coming. I looked back down at the necklace and suddenly remembered something. Sophie's birthday was in a few weeks. I mean I'm pretty sure it was I hadn't really been keeping track of the days but it was close enough. I removed the necklace from the case and put it in my pocket.

I leant on the wall by the entrance and looked down at my hand. I then rubbed my thumb slowly over the tattoo.

I had to get her back. I had too.

These words repeated over and over again in my head, and gradually got louder and louder.

But I was quickly broke from my thoughts when Rick and T-dog finally came into the room with Miguel. "Hey you ready?" T-dog asked me. I was more than ready. I was ready to kill everyone one of them assholes if I had too. Anything to get her back. I nodded at him in reply and we then quickly made our way to where they had Sophie.

I had to get her back. I had too.
