Beneath Us

Chapter 4

I woke up early this morning I didn't get much sleep after all but fortunately I have energy to run a marathon, today before we get to our normal clases they would give us some type of initiation course. Call me nerd or whatever you want but I'm excited for to start the semester, because that means meeting new people and achieving my dream to study in another country. Today is hotter than usual so after my shower I opted for white jeans, and took the opportunity to wear my blue sleeveless blouse and my converse. I left at 7:30 to arrive early and grab a good place, the meeting place is in a part of the building that looked practically like a modern church, many were already taking a seat so I did the same and after a few minutes Jessamine came along with Hailee and Tania, they sat next to me and we started talking about school stuff and how many handsome boys we could spot, apparently Tania and Hailee are very updated about the last thing.

"That guy is Nick Kroslov, he's german and has one of the hottest bodies I've ever seen." Hailee mentioned pointing out a guy with almond hair color that was just entering.

"And he is a great kisser, I should know that." Tania said proudly and we chuckled in silence.

"You know, Sebastian Cruz is also a hell of a kisser." Hailee adds with a playful grin.

"Gosh ladies why do we have to talk about this when I'm in a relationship!" Jessa scolds us and we chuckle even harder.

"Oh stop pretending! You don't care at all." Tania pushes Jessa with her elbow and she let's a loud cry.

"Don't need to be so rude, geez." Jessa complains.

"Anyways since you don't mind, why don't you talk us about your brothers?" Hailee offers rising an eyebrow with a diverted expression.

"My brothers?" Jessa asks visibly confused "What about them?"

"You are going to deny the fact that they are almost the hottest guys on campus?" 

"I'm not going to, but it's goddamn weird that every girl here asks me to introduce them, like I'm not the fucking messenger." she spits with a pinch of awkwardness on her voice "Besides, you guys already know Will and that he is a total snob."

"Well yeah, but I mean he can have every girl he wants and I've very rarely seen him with one that's not us."

"Well that's just Will, but" Jessa then turns to face me with smile that I'm not sure what means "there might be one exception."

The other girls seem to understand Jessa perfectly and give me a the same mischievous expression, I try not to look so confused as they all keep staring at me.

"What?" I ask.

"You have been very silent, my friend." Jessa puts an arm around my shoulders still with the same face.

"Have I?" I ask innocently.

"Mhm." Tania and Hailee nod at the same time.

"Oh come on, I know my brother and I have never seen him this nervous when he's around you." I can't help but feel hot at the thought that I make Will nervous, HA, that's just funny. Ironic. Hilarious. Ridiculous. Silly. 

"Guys, I've just got here and the only thing on my mind are my classes and have a good time." I excuse myself acting calm.

"You can have a great time with him." Tania says with a wink and everyone starts laughing at me.

"See? You are blushing." Tania yells almost for everyone to hear, I try to cover my face with my hands. 

Okay, we've flirted a few times, who am I kidding? We have flirted just two times, and those times have been the only time we have seen each other. I can't think abut being in a relationship this soon, I didn't come here for that. Yeah, he is charming, handsome, he has a great smile, he may be intelligent, and has manners, well, he MIGHT be perfect but I won't get my hopes up. He might just be silly flirting and that's it.
