I took in a deep breath, wrapping my head around the fact that, I was finally back, and looked into those green eyes, and I instantly knew something was wrong.

" What? " I asked.

He shook his head and let out a defeated sigh.

" Doesn't this feel just a little too easy? "

" What do you mean? "

" I just killed one of the baddest Angels to ever walk, Sam stole her grace and nothing has happened. We don't ever get that lucky Bex, you know that. "

I knew that he was right, we never got that lucky, but I didn't want to think about that right now.

" We just killed Amara. "

I took in a breath and smiled softly.

" Can you just for right now, think about that. It's finally over Dean. "

He pulled on a smile.

" You're right. "

I could see the fear and worry in his eyes.

" Dean.. "

" You know what, you take your shower and we can talk about this later. "

He kissed my forehead then walked out of the room before I could even protest. This was supposed to be the time for us to not worry about anything, to get back to our "normal" lives. I grabbed my clothes off the floor, then went and took a long hot shower. Sam and Jade went to the closest bar and had a few drinks.

" How are you feeling? " Sam asked.

" Honestly, I feel better than I have in a really long time. "

" Good. "

He smiled, but Jade seen the hesitation.

" We just yanked the Darkness, what is wrong? "

He took a drink of the gold liquid from his glass and hesitated.

" Right before Purgatory, Crowley said something. "

" And that was? "

" He asked if we knew, the price of killing an Angel like Amara. "

" Which is? "

" I don't know. " He said quietly, knowing that she wasn't going to like that answer.

" What! Sam, why didn't he tell you? "

" We had a short time window. "

Jade chugged back the rest of her beer, then looked at him.

" Whatever it is, we can handle it. I mean you Winchesters always do right. " She said, trying to make the best out of a bad situation.

" Most of the time. " Sam chuckled.

Back at the bunker, Dean had cracked open a bottle of Scotch and was downing his third glass, when Sam and Jade came down the stairs. Dean closed his computer and sat back in his chair.

" Either you're celebrating, or something's up. " Sam looked at the almost empty glass bottle.

When Dean didn't even crack a smile, he sat in the chair across the table from him.

" We gotta talk. "

" What's up Sammy? " Dean asked, finishing off his glass.

" It's about what Crowley said. "
