The Fairy Family

The girls are at Lucy's apartment putting the final touches on Levy.

Layla turned Levy around and sat her down. "I need you to promise me, you will take good care of Gajeel and love with all your heart."

"I promise."

"Ok, let me put your lipstick on and a little blush here and there. Done."

Levy stands up and looks at herself. "Wow, this outfit looks amazing."

"My mom always said it isn't the outfit that makes you look amazing. It is you that makes the outfit look amazing."

"Thanks, Kayla."

The trio comes in for a hug when there is a knock on the door. It is Gajeel and Igneel.

Gajeel looks at Levy and his breath is taken away. "Levy, you look beautiful."

Levy, for a second, is taken aback. Gajeel usually says hot or smoking. Never beautiful. "Thanks, you don't look to bad yourself." Levy smiles.

"I feel bad about making you walk."

Levy grabs his hand, "No, I like walking with you."

Gajeel blushes madly, "Should we go?"

"Yeah, let me grab my purse."

"Remember to fly, Levy-chan," says Layla.

Levy smiles and then the pair leaves.

"Where's Natsu?" It was Lucy.

"Ummm....... He said something about a window, a bed, and sleeping." Igneel says quietly

Lucy's face starts getting red. She then stomps up stairs and proceeds to yell at him for being in her bed.

Layla sits on the couch and looks around the house. Igneel sits down next to her.

"It looks just like when we were little," she whispers as she lays her head on her brother shoulder.

"Yeah," he agrees, pushing some of her hair out of her face, "go to sleep, Lay, I'll watch them, just sleep, Sis."

She kissed Igneel, on the cheek, "You are the best brother goodnight Iggy, I love you." She falls asleep on his shoulder.

"I love you, too, Lay," he wraps his arm around her.

Lucy and Natsu come down stairs.

"Why do you have such a big pink-haired idiot?"

"It isn't pink, LUCE. Pink is so girlie," he whines.

"Can you guys be quiet? My sister is sleeping."

Lucy whispers, "Sorry."

Natsu just looks at the sleeping girl. Happy lands right next to her and falls asleep on her lap.

Igneel slowly moves his sister, gently placing her head on one of the throw pillows, "Excuse me, Miss Lucy, may I borrow a blanket for her?"

She looks shocked at his manners, "Yeah." She goes to the closet and gets her a blanket. Igneel toss the blanket over her, then he tucks her in, finally kissed her forehead, "Night, Sis."

The three of them go into the kitchen. Lucy starts making them some dinner.

Natsu looks at the boy, "You really love your sister."

"When we were little, we didn't have much money, so Kayla and I shared everything, so we got really close. When we got older, well boys just kept trying to get at my sister, cause well look at her. I took it upon myself to keep them away from her. She doesn't like it, but she is sister, I love her. She is all I have right now." Igneel tears up a bit.
