Ok so I thought you guys would wonder what would happens after Sousuke proposed well here you go.
Sousuke announced to his parents that him and Makoto were getting married. Both Mr Yamazaki and Mrs Yamazaki were thrilled but Mrs Tachibana was for sure the most happiest.
Before they got married they finished there education and settled into their jobs. They attended Haru's and Rin's wedding and like was Haru and Rin attended theirs.
Rei was the priest for their wedding and within two years they adopted a boy and a girl. A boy called Riku and a girl called Akari.
Riku is a year older than Akari but they both attend the same school now. Riku is now 8 and Akari is 7. They both keep their dad's at work.
Sousuke is a actor now much to everyone's surprise. While Makoto is a fireman helping those in need. They live in a mansion ofcourse and go on plenty of holidays sometimes without the kids. Ah! Mrs Tachibana and Mrs Yamazaki along with Ren and Ran are always happy to look after them.
Life is perfect in their eyes.
