Protein Vanilla Bean Chia Seed Pudding:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
(top with cinnamon, fruits, nuts, etc)
MIX TOGETHER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT OR LET SIT FOR SEVERAL MINUTES UNTIL CHIA SEEDS SOFTEN.
