Tofu 250g

Potato starch 1 tblspoon

Shiratamako 100g

Baking powder 2 teaspoons

*knead*

Salt 1 pinch

Cake flour 100g 

*Knead*

sugar 50g vegetable oil 160 degrees.


How to Make:
Throw in the tofu and Shiratamako then knead, then toss in the cake flour, sugar, potato starch, baking powder and salt before kneading again to a perfect dough. Once you're done with that you can start rolling balls out of it in the size of meat balls. Fry them in vegetable oil at 160 degree Celsius and then put on any topping you'd like.
