Helios He's a subspecies if Arcosian(Frieza Race) with powerful pyrokinetic abilities.Hitting him with heat based attacks is almost like trying to drown a fish. Fire Arcosians were nearly wiped out by the Cold Family due to them not being "Pure Arcosians" (and possibly because of Fear since their high resistance to immense heat and their abilities) Fire Arcosians Can withstand the surface of suns effortlessly and can even swim in lava. Helios was one of the few surviving members, but hasn't seen another surviving member of his kin in years, he does have a knack for tinkering with machinery and ships, he's actually quite intelligent, just one problem, he's an alcoholic, the tragedy of his clan's reduction to a handful,being the only surviving member of his family had made him take up drinking, he was eventually recruited by his friend Cryorex to be a Time Patroller, and finally do something meaningful. He eventually reaches a transformation called the Obsidian Form, the Fire Arcosian equivalent of the Golden Form.
