10- Late at night

Late at night,
I witness the stars,
Alone in silence,
To feel the emptiness,
Within me,
Within my soul.

There may be clouds the next morning,
Or it might rain.
I may outburst,
Or silently feel the pain,
In wait of a better tomorrow,
In wait of the sun rising again.

Shadows are falling behind me,
As I walk on the floor,
But there is no one around,
When I am waiting for someone to open the door,
Of serenity,
Of light in the darkness.
