we were every feeling
you could ever experience in a relationship.
we had the passion,
almost too intense at times,
like taking a bite out of your favorite food,
only for it to be too hot to handle.
we had the excitement,
the pure happiness between us could never be faked.
we had the calm,
slow paced times,
where all we did
was lay with each other
and sleep.
and of course we had the sadness,
every person has to go through it,
it's human nature.
we were a whole rainbow of emotions,
yet the sky became so cloudy and rainy
that it never cleared up.
