This song fueled this chapter into one that made me cry!
Mission accomplished!

Atlanta was trying to calm her sister down they had been talking and Lunaria's pregnancy hormones were making her increasingly on edge, defense, and snappy. What caused her to react was when Atlanta mentioned Solaris.

"Luna you misunderstood me I only meant that..."

Lunaria's voice was breaking in her anger and grief as she spoke, "You...You think you can understand how I feel?"

"Luna..."

"You cannot fathom as to how much I've mourned...what thousands of centuries of grief have DONE TO ME!"

She turned away and spoke with a strangled sob as her emotions radiated out of her like a tsunami wave. "I am not the same woman I was back then...Aurora needs a mother who won't cry out in grief over her every accomplishment when she grows older...I'm to broken..."

"Luna please, I know what you're thinking and NO I won't do it! She is your daughter giving her to me won't help you with your grief and what of Solaris you'd be denying him the honor of being her father, before he even gets the chance to see her!"

Lunaria chocked up on a sob and started shaking. "I'm---I'm so scared Lani!" She placed her hand over her eyes and wept. "I-I can't do this alone."

"You're not alone sister."

"That's Not What I Mean! I shouldn't be raising her without him! He'll miss everything Lani don't you realize that? He'll miss it all!"

Lunaria fell to her knees and sobbed; her grief radiated from her being and forced Atlanta to the ground as well with tears falling from her turquoise eyes. Her sister radiated grief, and when her emotions were strong enough, her grief could affect those around her making them feel her pain and shed her tears as well.

Atlanta whispered through the tears. "I know..."

"I feel like I've already failed her."

Atlanta chocked up on her tears and wailed in conviction as she held her sister tighter in
her arms. "Oh Luna you haven't failed her!"

"And yet here I am talking to you, asking you to take Aurora in as your own! I've failed
her as a mother for even thinking of that!"

Atlanta tried to soothe her sister's thoughts. "No your just scared Luna that's all this is
your just scared!"

Lunaria's lips started quivering as she fought back a sob but failed. "I-I...I'm so scared Lani! I'm so, very scared!"

Atlanta cradled her crying sister into her arms and whispered. "I'm here for you Luna I'll always be here for you. You know that."

"I just want Solaris to be here with me...I need him here. He's missing so much already and it's just the beginning."

Atlanta knew it wouldn't get any easier for her sister and she bowed her head and sighed as her tears willingly fell from her eyes. "I...I know Luna...I know..."

Five weeks later, Lunaria was scared Aurora's birth was a month away now. She had been writing to Solaris constantly but now the letters slowly dwindled down to daily updates by Atlanta. She stared at the silver letter in her hands. Her heart was cracking, slowly breaking in two. She sent the letter it a night ago but he returned it unopened.
