"He doesn't have anyone, no friends, no family." The nurse snapped. "You might as well get out of here too, he doesn't even know you."
"That's the best part," Michael replied with a small smile. "Talking to someone you don't know. Besides, I'm already on my way out."
He entered room 213 two minutes after he usually comes around.
"Sorry I'm late." he mumbles, sitting down beside the bed.
"I've been telling you a lot of secrets lately." Michael chuckles sadly, biting his lip to keep the tears at bay.
"You probably can't hear me and I'm a complete stranger but there's one secret I'm not ready to tell anyone." Michael continues, looking down at the coma patient.
"I'm not ready to tell you either."
