Not gonna lie, I've been avoiding this for so freaking long >.< but I've come to the conclusion that I'm gonna have to update at some point, so here you go. The. Last. Chapter.

So for future reference: Its not actually day twenty, I just felt like putting day twenty for some reason, its a good number to end it on in my opinion.

What you've all been waiting for -DUN DUN DUUUUUUH-

"Mr. Hood, back so soon? Are you having back pains again?" The polite nurse at the front desk asked when Calum wheeled himself through the front door.

"No, I'm here to visit a friend." He smiled, resting a hand on his lap to make sure the bouquet of roses was still there.

"He's been transferred to the left wing, room 125." The nurse gestured over her shoulder, knowing exactly who Calum was here to see.

The boy with the ever changing hair.

To say Calum was a regular at the hospital was an understatement, he scraped up enough money to stay in the hotel down the street and with Ashton's help, he visited Michael everyday.

There was the odd time that Calum would show up in the middle of the night with unexplained back pains. After the doctors found Calum in Michael's room when he was supposed to be getting rest, they weren't too pleased.

Insisting that it was not good to be up and about before they suggested. They then proceeded to tell him the because of a serious back injury obtained during the incident he probably wouldn't be able to walk again, as if they hadn't rained on his parade enough.

Michael woke up a week after, he cried when Calum told him.

Calum still couldn't tell if it was the way he worded it or the actual fact that he won't be able to use his legs.

"Hey, you know the dangily things that are used to walk? I think you call them legs. Yeah, they don't even walk anymore."

"Morning Debra." Calum greeted, coming to a stop next to the old lady who always sat in front of the window on the way to Michael's room. He'd have to cut a few corners to get to Michael's new room though.

"How are you today?" She asks, playing with the collar of her shirt as she watched the rain trickle lightly against the glass.

"Absolutely fucking tired." He sighs, the smile on his face doesn't flatter though, because Michael's awake. Debra raised an eyebrow, causing a small star tattoo to wrinkle slightly.

If Roslyn is the most hardcore princess, Debra's the queen. She basically tattooed everywhere visible, she was only in this hellish hospital because she was a chain smoker for the better part of her life, she'd thoroughly explained that she smoked more than a bonfire of green ferns.

Looking back, she doesn't regret a thing. Not even the dancing hot dog tattoo she'd gotten while she was drunk.

"For you." Calum gave her a sweet smile while extending his hand to her, in it, a single white rose in late bloom.

Brenda didn't have time to react, he tucked it into her grey hai before wheeling himself around the corner.

"Good Morning, the sun is really bright today." Calum commented upon making it into Michael's room.

"What do you mean? Its all gloomy out." The currently platinum haired boy scrunched his nose, double checking through his window in case there was a sudden change in weather.

"You're looking healthier, and you're my sun." Calum shrugged nonchalantly.

"Laaaaaamee!" Michael snorted, although taking Calum's tanned hand in his.

"Hey Michael?" Calum asked, looking at their intertwined fingers, "What are we?"

Michael took a moment to think, what are they?

"We're. . ." He trailed off to add dramatic effect, only succeeding in getting a look from Calum. ". . . Strangers."

So I thought I'd end it here, seemed like the kind of ending that makes you want to pterodactyl noises and tear out your eyes(:

I'm joking, I think I've done enough of that already.

"I'm not joking." Calum scolded at the green-eyed tool. His green-eyed tool, to be exact.

"No, no wait! I know!" Michael exclaimed, trying to control his laughter, "We're sister wives."

"Why do I even talk to you?" Calum laughed, removing his hand from Michael's.

"We're only human." Michael snorted but quickly tried to compose himself when Calum startz rolling himself towards the door.

"Calum, wait! I seriously have something important to tell you!" Michael yells, causing the wheelchair ridden boy to pause.

"I-I'm pregnant." He shouts dramatically, throwing an arm across his forehead in mock dispair. "A-And you're the father!"

"I'm a virgin, you're mostly likely a virgin too, we didn't have sex and you're not have baby jesus." Calum ticks off his points on his fingers, looking at Michael with a single brow raised. "Deal with that shit on your own bitch ass tool." He ends, metaphorically dropping the mic. He wheels himself out the door, leaving Michael gaping and alone.

"Same time next week?" Calum shouts over his shoulder, disappearing from the door way.

Michael glances up at the clock and grins.

3:15.

Okay, this is absolutely, without a doubt the ending. How unfortunate.

I didn't want to tell you this during the writing of this story because it would ruin it but,

No one was going to die from the start. I'd basically told my friend the idea and she told me I should (even though she tell me that for every idea I tell her) I hadn't come up with the ending just yet and basically she told me she was going to cry and punch me in the face if one of them dies. . . She's said that for all of my stories so far but she knows that I'm incredibly good at and capable of making a story that you'll love and hate at the same time.

I didn't mean to make anyone cry by the way, it just kind of happened. My bad.

So all that's left is the epoligue,

I am super upset that its ending, not gonna lie.

I'm planning on making it super long, longer than this chapter.

So yeah,

*claps hands together awkwardly*

Peace out Malumfrickers

See what I did there? Malumfrickers? Because this is a Malum fic and not only is one of my reading lists Malum mother frickers but I was going to call you Mofos but decided against it and accidentally created this kickass name(for my readers?). . . Do you like it? Do you have a better idea?
