Chapter 8: suprise

3 months in the future

I woke up yet again in Joe's arms. It's the way I always seem to wake up like this, but it's my favourite way to wake up. I look down my legs been in the cast for 3 months now. Joe has helped me the whole time and Zoe has as well. Caspar was really wanting to see me as he had witnessed the accident. He was trying to help and then realised he was useless at it and just sat down and we had a staring competition.

"Morning handsome." I whispered to Joe.

"Morning beautiful" he whispered back.

I got up and used my crutches to go to my room. I put on some baggy shorts, big enough to go over my cast, and a top that went well with it. And for a jumper I was wearing one of Joe's jumpers, because he has left a lot of them here.

I walked into the kitchen and made some food for Joe, Zoe and myself. I made bacon and sausages and eggs. I was hungry and it was an unhealthy day! "Zoe! Joe! I made food!" They came rushing in.

"Looks delicious!" Zoe said.

"My girlfriend is not only beautiful but can cook too? Your so perfect!" Joe said pecking my lips.

"Dig in!"

And so we all did. I was proud of it! They seemed to enjoy it.

Joe and Zoe then ran to the couch and both went for the remote. "Zoe! Give me the remote!"

"No I live here! I'm watching what I want!"

"Give it!" Joe said, I began to giggle.

"I'm telling Amber!" Zoe said making me laugh more.

It was just one of the stupid little fights you tend to have with your brother or sister. I was laughing so much, they were laughing too. There was a knock at the door. I wasn't expecting someone, but I knew it was probably Alfie.

"Hey, here's Amber, Joe and Zoe!" Alfie said clearly vlogging.

"Hiiiii!" We all said.

And then he stopped vlogging and went over and kissed Zoe. "Hey," he said his head against hers. "Hey." She said back.

They were so cute. Then Joe came over and made fun of them doing the same with me. I giggled to much though.

"Stop! We're not like that!" Zoe said giggling. "You are!" Joe and I said at the same time. "Whatever! Nando's double date tonight?"

"Yeah!" We said smiling.

Joe was keeping care of me so well. It was sort of like I was his child, which has made me realise that he'd be an amazing father some day.

He came into my room lifting me in. And put me down of my bed. "Tell me what you want to wear!" He said smiling.

"That black skater skirt and... The white vest top! And your white hoodie and my vans." He took them out and chose his outfit. We both got dressed and headed to the taxi Zoe and Alfie had called. When we got there they were kissing and being cute. We rolled our eyes and got in. Alfie got in the front seat. When we got there they recognised us and took us straight to our seat. We got our usual and got served quickly. Alfie ordered champagne and winked at the waiter he brought out champagne. At the bottom of Zoe's glass was a ring. She took it out and Alfie took it away from her. He got down on one knee. Zoe's hands flew up to her mouth trying to keep the tears back.

"Zoe, we've been together for so long and... I don't want to live without you so... Zoe Sugg, will you marry me?" Alfie said smiling, holding the ring.

"Yes!" Zoe said smiling! "Yes of course I will!" He slipped the ring on her finger. "Congratulations!!!" Joe and I said smiling. Then they kissed. We couldn't be happier for them. Everyone in Nando's started clapping. "Your meal is free!" The man from Nando's said!
