Chapter 1

As I stepped at onto the stage, bright lights blinding me, and I looked to my left and right and saw the four boys that changed my entire life and the three girls I have grown to love with my whole heart. I stood there for a moment and thought to myself " How did I end up here?"

A year earlier..

I walked around my room pacing, anxiously waiting for the arrival of my father. He wouldn't be home for another hour but I didn't know what else to do with myself. I decided I would grab my acoustic guitar and just play the hour away. I started strumming away to Voodoo Doll by 5 Seconds of Summer. I knew I was home alone so I decided what the hell and sang at the top of my lungs.

I continued this on for the hour I had left to myself until I heard the door slam shut. I knew my dad was home and didn't want to disturb him so I set my guitar back in the closet and sat on the bed waiting for instructions from my dad. I heard some shuffling of feet downstairs and the fear brew up inside of me as I heard his feet come up the stairs. I quickly stood up and was cleaning my spotless room so it didn't look like I wasn't doing anything.

I heard my door slam open and spun around.

" Rhiannon where the hell is dinner? I come home from a long day at work to pay your bills and you can't even make me food?" he screamed while charging at me.

" Father, its on the third shelf in the fridge." I said quietly.

" Don't backsass me child" He said and with that he sent a painful slap across my cheek.

" Maybe that will teach you to respect the only person you have left." He screamed.

He exited my room and I knew I had to get out. I grabbed my bag, keys, and my skateboard and headed for the window.

My window has a ladder that I installed in around the time my mother got taken away. After that my father started heavely drinking and became abusive. After one of our fights I installed the ladder so that I could get away from him. I made my way down and bolted for my car. I tried to make the least amount of noise I could so that my father wouldn't notice. I didn't know where I was going but I just decided to drive.

I turned on my music and put on Mrs All American by 5 Seconds of Summer. They were pretty much my favorite band ever and the only ones that calmed me down.

After about 20 minutes I ended up in town and decided to go to my favorite coffee shop. I parked in front and made my way in. I'm a usual and everybody knows me here. I usually come here after I get in a fight with my dad. I saw Tammy and she already knew what I wanted so she just gave me a wink and I made my to my window seat.

After about 5 minutes, Tammy came over and put my carmel frappachino and a slice of vanilla cake in front of me. She gave me a tight hug and a kiss on top of my head. She was like the mother I didn't have. I put my headphones in when I looked over and noticed a flyer on the bulletin board. " Win a chance to spend the day with 5 Seconds of Summer! Call in at the number at 5:00 pm and the 10th caller wins." I looked at my watch at it was 4:55 pm. I pulled out my phone and dialed the number. The phone began to ring and my heart began to race...

I dont think anybody is going to read this piece of crap story but I kinda just want to write so if anybody does find this interesting thank you so much!
