Subconscious Feelings

(3) Um..Wait What?

Summer wasn't feeling well she had been throwing up for two days straight and she finally had enough and took herself down to the ER. They started to run tests on her as they pumped her with fluids. The ER doctor came in and said "Ms Dallas.. do you remember when your last period was." 

"Um February 20th." she said 

"You do know that it's May 12th" he said

"Yeah but I have irregular periods sometimes I"m late and sometimes i'm on time and sometimes I'm early and sometimes I don't have one at all." she said 

"Ms Dallas the reason you have been sick is because you are pregnant." the doctor said

"Um no that can't be right I got my shot in March and I always use condoms especially when I get my shot." she said 

"I'm sorry Ms Dallas the blood test isn't wrong." he said 

"No I can't be pregnant I'm a cheerleader at UGA I don't have a boyfriend do it again or show me an ultrasound or let me pee on a stick I can't be pregnant." she said 

They took her to the ultrasound room and she saw the ultrasound and said "No.." 

They told her to follow up with her doctor. She got back from the ER and Bucky said "Hey you.. where have you been?'

 She pulled him into the bedroom and he said 'Oh baby are we feeling better" 

She slammed the door and said "baby please tell me that we have been using condoms right?'

"Yes why what's wrong." he said 

"I'm sick because of this." she said as she held up an ultrasound 

"I have to follow up with the doctor tomorrow. I need you to go with me. Cause right now I don't understand I haven't had a period since February Bucky.." she said as she started to freak out.

Bucky's mind started to go crazy and he said "Okay please breathe and slow down. I'll go with you tomorrow to the thing. How the fuck did this happen?'

"I don't know Bucky I got my shot in March and yeah I irregular periods so I didn't think anything was wrong I only went to the ER today cause I haven't been able to keep anything down for two days and my mom told me to go." she said 

He walked over to her and hugged her and said "We will figure it out. I mean there is no way this could of happened we double up." 

They went to the doctor's appointment the next morning and the doctor went over everything told her she was 3 months along and due in November. "Okay any questions?' he said

"I was just wondering something.. um we double up on protection and we don't have sex that often but I know she's not sleeping with anyone else how does this happen." Bucky said 

"Do you two sleep next to each other?' the doctor said 

"Yeah what does that have to do with anything. We would know if we were having sex in our sleep we get pretty wild when we do have sex." Summer says 

"Well I don't know what else could be the problem you two use condoms every time. Even in the shower." he said

"Oh we don't do it in the shower." Summer said 

"Okay, well I'm going to refer you all to go see a sleep doctor. Cause the only other thing is something is happening in your sleep. So I'll be right back." the doctor said 

Summer looked down and said "I don't understand Bucky why won't he believe us." 

"I don't know darlin this is just getting weird now." he said 

The doctor came back in and said "He wants to meet with you all in an hour he has an opening." 

"Okay." Bucky said

The doctor gave them the address and they went had lunch. Then drove over to the sleep doctor and they went in and sat down on the couch.

"Okay it's very rare that I get a referral from the ob office." Dr Brown says

"So Sleep Sex is a thing?' she said

"Its 'very rare. so um Mr Barnes and Ms Dallas when was the last time you all remember having sex before your last period." Dr Brown said 

"Valentine's day." they both said 

"Okay.. now how do you two sleep next to each other do you cuddle right away or some how cuddle up while sleeping?' Dr Brown said

"Cuddle while we sleep she likes to fall asleep on her stomach." Bucky said 

"Okay next question.. have you ever woken up while being inside her Mr Barnes?' the doctor said 

Bucky looked at him and said "Yes it's happen on numerous occasions. Sometimes I move before she notices cause I didn't want her to think I was trying have sex without protection. We double up she has the shot and I use condoms." 

Summer looked down and the doctor said "Have you noticed before Ms Dallas."

"The only time I know about is the morning after his birthday when he woke up freaked out that we had drunken sex unprotected." she said 

"Okay.. well what are you two doing tonight and tomorrow night and Saturday night?' the doctor said 

"Nothing" they both said

"Good I want you both back here 9PM we are going to do a sleep study and see if something is happening in your sleep that you two don't know about because it seems as if you two might be having sex or some form of sex in your sleep. One more question .. do you sleep with clothes on?' Dr Brown said 

"No clothes." they both said

"Well get ready. Go home eat dinner and do whatever you may need to do and be back at 9PM." Dr Brown said

"Okay.." Summer said 

They left and headed back to their dorm they were both equally shocked and quiet that two doctors now have told them they are having sex in their sleep. They got to their dorm and went into her suite.

"They you two are what is going on with you two?" Natasha said

"Um we just have stuff going on." Summer said.

She went into her room and got their phone chargers and a bag of clothes and he got his bag of clothes out of his room and they met in the hallway.  They went to dinner and then went and their practices and came back and showered real fast then drove over to the sleep center.
