"What the hell do you want from me Daoming Si!?" Pleading and teary eyed Shan Cai looked hopelessly at her ex lover.

"We've been broken up for years! I'm finally making a name for myself and even started to forget about you, Tian Ye has been my biggest support system!... I even started thinking... thinking that... uaghhhhh.... How dare you... how the hell.... dare you... just.... just show up and ask me on a date like nothing happened like the last 6 years didn't happen? You just got divorced!.... oh my Buddha.... I just.... how?!" Rage and frustration laced on her infuriated voice.

How could he even think that looking for her now that he just finalized his divorce with He Yuan Zi was remotely okay, was beyond Shan Cai's understanding. She was just getting used to Tian Ye, she even thought she had developed feelings along the way of their partnership in their new business endeavors.

"I never stopped loving you Shan Cai, never" his stubborn, unflinching eyes burning deep into her soul.

"All I've ever wanted was you, I never broke up with you, I said I'd be back specifically after finally completing my end of the bargain with Daoming Feng. How could you just forget about me and reject me this way, HOW?!!!! ESPECIALLY WITH THAT IDIOT TIAN YE?! REALLY SHAN CAI?!!!!! He lied to you and would have kept lying to you if I hadn't come back to save you from him years ago!

"AhSi..." Resignation and pain resonated through her. "I've started falling for him, you left me in the darkest moment of my life, my father died and I couldn't go... I couldn't go back to you. Tian Ye, he rescued me and helped me through that. We don't fight, he respects my wishes, we don't argue, we listen to each other, and we respect each other, trust each other. He loves me and I know I can too because my feelings for him aren't far off. Ah Si, I'll always love you but I need you to give me a chance to grow with someone else. I'm not asking you to wait for me, I'm asking you to allow me the chance to be happy without the inconsistency that you constantly offer me. Love, it's not enough anymore and we both know it. I love you AhSi but this is the end, and I'll always love you. Please remember that but it's just not right for us anymore." A weary Shan Cai was walking out of the room, tired and spent and finally ready to close the chapter that was her and Daoming Si.

"Shan Cai" a heartbroken and afflicted AhSi reached out for her. " I know our love is wrong, all I've ever wanted is you. I don't care about riches, cars, money or anything else that's not you. I did this because I knew it meant Daoming Feng would finally let us be, I got her what she wanted and I'm done being a part of the Daoming Family business, you've always been the only thing in my life worthwhile, the one person that gave me strength when all I wanted was to give up. I love you so much I don't want to live without you but I also understand you. I'll never give up hope for us and I'll wait 6 years or a million for you bc I know that we're meant to be together in this lifetime and everyone after that, I'll always find my way to you. When your ready you know where to find me, as for the time being I'll respect your wishes bc I love you, please don't be upset and just one more time if it's the last..."

approaching her gently and interlacing their hands together, letting the moment consume them, their lips slowly and tenderly embracing one another. He picked her up and her legs wrapped around him as he carried her to her bedroom, once more for the last time they became one, engulfing each other in fiery kisses.
