The legend of the Orphic Twins is a tale that has been passed down from generation to generation. The tale of two children, a boy and a girl, born to protect the supernatural.
It is told that one child, created in the embers of destruction, possessed the power to destroy armies with a single thought. A wolf made of fire, much like a Hellhound, but the prophecy named it the Virago.
But such energy is not easy to control, and if fallen into the wrong hands, the child would be used to destroy mankind as we know it. That was why the witches who bestowed this prophecy enabled a balance for the creature, a rock to keep the child grounded, the other half of its soul,
The twin.
This child was born a descendant of Qiqirn, bred in the Alaskan ice. This child was known as the Bel-Esprit.
The siblings were the only ones who could match the power of their twin, and save them from themselves.
The prophecy deemed them as The Orphic Twins
But over the centuries, there was no record of these children existing. Eventually, people lost their belief in this legend. After all, it was only a fairytale.
That was, until they were born.
