Hyunjin walked to
the café with a
spring in his step

He had been
employed for the
job he had been
looking out for

The reason he was
more excited to meet
Seungmin was because
he submitted the drawings
he made of him and
would love to tell him that

He also felt
bad for arriving way
later than the designated time
and he wasn't expecting
to see Seungmin at the café

But he decided to
check nonetheless

Hyunjin kept hopping
and humming as
a swift breeze blew
past him. He spun around,
cherishing the beautiful
evening and the vivid
hues that painted the sky

Not long after,
he reached the café
and peeked in from
one of the huge windows

There was no
sign of Seungmin
so he decided he'd
drop by his apartment
and check if he was there.
He walked towards
his apartment
with excitement

It didn't take much
to wipe the huge smile
off his face

In the distance,
he noticed two
recognizable figures
walking. One being his
boyfriend and the
other was his ex

long to realize that
Minhyun had his arm
around the latter

and observing the
two walking from afar

Suddenly, Minhyun
turned Seungmin around
and leaned in

Before Hyunjin could see
too much, he turned
around and started
walking the other way

A single tear trickled
down his face as
he kept walking

The bright and
beautiful evening just
felt too dark now
and the cold wind
seemed to be piercing
his skin

'even though I told
Seungmin about him...
how dare he do

Hyunjin clenched his
fists out of anger,
starting to walk faster

Tears streamed down
his face and he decided
to make a run for it.
He wouldn't want
people to see him cry
like that on such a
beautiful evening

A beautiful evening
that had turned
bitter for him

I can't believe he'd
do such a thing'

He thought, wiping
his face with the
loose sleeve
of his jacket

He reached Felixs
apartment where he
had been staying for a month

After shutting the
door behind himself,
he let out all the sobs
he had been suppressing

"what is it now?
They didn't accept
you in or sumthn?"

Felix asked. Hyunjin
didn't even look at him
and went straight to
one of the rooms
and locked himself

Felix knocked
on the door

"hyunjin? Woojin
wouldn't be the
nicest person finding you
locked up in his room"

Hyunjin didn't care.
He just needed some
time alone to get
over what just happened

Seungmin was the
most caring and
understanding boyfriend
he ever had and he
couldn't fathom
why he did something like that

He sat down on the
floor, wiping all his tears
with his sleeves

He suddenly felt
his phone buzz

Seungminuwu:
Babe, sorry i left
w/o informing you

Seungminuwu:
I was feeling a little
uneasy so I came
back home

Hyunjin was
furious at this

'first, he goes on a
date with my ex
and then he lies'

Hyunjin clicked the
settings button and
without thinking twice,
pressed the option
which said block contact

He set his phone
down next to him and
buried his face in his hands

The room was cold
just like his feelings
But Hyunjin didn't
really care

He was too
crestfallen to care

There was another
knock on the door

"Hyunjin if you don't
tell me what's going
on you're the one
who'll suffer from
guilt...or whatever"

Felix said

Hyunjin wanted to
tell him but just not yet

He wasn't ready to
cry a river in front of
Felix or anyone
