~the next day~

Midoriya's P.O.V.

*indistinctive humming* "what an adorable little angel... All this blood... Its such a pretty color isn't it!... Now don't move~ this will only hurt a lot~!"

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

I shoot up from the bed in a cold sweat, gasping for air. It was... just a dream? What was it about, I can't remember anymore. I rub my eyes and reach over to grab my phone to turn off the alarm. I read the notification on my phone, it read 'Gender reveal: Doctors Office'.

Todoroki had already left since today Mr. Aizawa was going to have training again. I groan as I get up from the bed. That's when I realized I was still half naked. My clothes were scattered all over the room, and so where Todoroki's... I should probably take a shower...

*time skip*

After getting dressed, I called an Uber to pick me up from the school (because taxies went extinct lmao). They said that they would be here in around 3 minutes so I walked out to the front of the school and waited. Soon enough, a black car with an Uber symbol on the window.

I open the door to the back, throw in my backpack, and hop in. The driver turns around and smiles at me, "Hello~ My names Mariah, If you need anything feel free to ask me. " I nod. She turns back around and starts driving.

As she's driving I notice a little girl in the front seat staring at me. She had brown, long, wavy hair and large brown eyes, she also had freckles on her cheeks. She looked to be about 7 years old.

Mariah flicks her nose "Sierra, turn around and sit properly, play with your toy". The little girl turns around and sits down in the seat. "Mom, I think I know him! He's Izuku Midoriya, he was in the sports festival, remember?!" Sierra turns around again, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"You're Izuku Midoriya, right? I wasn't sure at first because you looked different then you looked on tv! Your quirk is amazing!" It's been a while since I had someone come up to me like this. Some people can't figure out it's me due to my pregnancy. "Um Thank you, it's nice to meet you" I scratch the back of my neck nervously chuckling.

"I have so many questions! What's it like to be around All Might?! Is he as amazing as on tv?!" she says jumping in her seat. "I think he's even better in person than on tv. He's amazing, supporting, a great teacher and I think the rest of my class would agree. In my opinion, he's like a second dad to us all" she squeals and turns back around in her seat. She covers her face with her hands, "I can't wait to tell my friends that I met Izuku Midoriya!"

Mariah messes up the little girl's hair, "Sierra, sit down. You wouldn't want to get hurt now, would you? I'm sorry about this, she's just a huge fan of heroes, even wanted to be one when she grew up" I looked at her in the rearview mirror. " What do you mean by 'wanted'? If you don't mind me asking"

She paused for a second "... It's a long story really"

I see the little girl curl up into a little ball and stare outside the window. "It's okay, I still think you're amazing Izuku! If I'm ever able to have control of my quirk, I want to be able to go to UA and be just as great as All Might!" She looks so happy and bubbly, I can't help but wonder what wrong with her? She continues to ask me questions until we finally reach the clinic, "Well, anyways. Your stop's here!" I grab my backpack and sling it around my arm.

I stop before I open the door "Is it possible if you could come back in about 30-40 minutes?" "Yeah! Sure thing, I was just gonna go get Sierra something to eat. I'm sure it won't take long" I thank her and exit the car.
