The snow had come finally and it had come in a furious frenzy. Unfortunately the blizzard was too thick and cold to go and play out in. Professor Longbottom battled his way through the storm to wrapped scarves around certain plants he also carried about a hundred back with him to the safety of his office.

Albus stared glumly out of a window one break as he and his friends filled an empty classroom. The storm had lasted three days and seemed to be growing stronger. The Common room was too loud, busy and lonely for Albus and his friends, except of course Scorpius who was the most popular boy in Slytherin but he agreed to meet them bringing Marley along with him. She now sat doing her make-up and playing her muggles music player, which was blaring out a rude rap song about witches. Rose and Emma were putting on a good show of ignoring her, except for the occasional naked glare that was sent her way as a swear word blasted around the room.

"You'll have to give evidence too," Marley butted in, "'Cos they can't be sure if McGonagall forced him to say it."

"But she did, she gave him that potion and he confessed to everything!" Scorpius' eyes widening.

"No, not like that. She means if she forced him to say something that was true or he didn't actually do it." Albus boldly told Scorpius.

"'Kay!" Scorpius huffed not liking to seem stupid.

"I don't want to give evidence, I've got nothing to say, nothing convincing anyway. It's not like I saw anything," Albus ignored Scorpius.

"Of course you have! You just have to tell them what you told McGonagall," Rose smiled at him calmly.

"Anyone would believe you, Al. You're too cute to be a liar," Marley said fluttering her eyelashes at him.

Albus felt the flush on his cheeks and he smiled back as Rose and Emma made strange throaty noises.

"Chao!" Marley suddenly exclaimed jumping to the door. She blew a kiss into the room before the door swung shut.

"Grr, that girl!" Emma snarled, the only thing she had sad all break.

"She is so annoying, why do you bring her Scorpius?" Rose rounded on him.

"She just follows," he shrugged, "Besides she's fun."

Then he grinned at Rose, a grin as dangerous as a crocodiles. Emma raised an eyebrow, Rose however smiled back and when they all left the classroom Scorpius held the door open for her.

Emma looked at Albus eyebrow still raised he shook his head, holding the door open for her in imitation she giggled.
