Reminiscing Pt. 2

"He nodded in response and we made our way over to the floor."

I paused on the story and looked up at Jah.

He took another bite of his food and looked up at me. I felt myself beginning to tear up and he noticed. He put his fork down and came to put his arm around me. I held the tears in and took a deep breathe.

"You don't have to continue you if you don't want to love." He said kissing the side of my head.

"It's okay, I want you to know what happened." I said taking a deep breathe.

He nodded and scooted back to his side continuing to eat his food.

               * Continuing flashback *

We made our way to the dance floor and I couldn't see Lily any where. I didn't pay much mind to it though and continued to sip on my Tequila and dance with Jake.

I say the more I felt the good vibes and music and people dance around me the more I felt my liquor. I remember them playing "City girls Twerk ft. Cardi B" and I got more turnt.

"Ouuuuuu, Jaaaaakkkkkkiiiiee this m-my shiiiiiiiittttt!" I screamed beginning to twerk.

I was dancing wildly and I felt Jake on me the whole time. Then randomly he was gone. I didn't care I just kept dancing. Then some man came up behind me. I didn't check to see who it was but in the middle of dancing I felt a really hard pinch on my arm.

Then everything went black...

I couldn't contain my tears, I regret going to that party. I wish I didn't go. Jah told the waiter to get our check and to bag up our food. He came back over to me rubbing my back and holding my head in his chest while I cried. I liked how comforting his grip was.

"Come on, lets go home." He said grabbing the two bags of food.

I nodded my head as he led me out to the car. I got in and he closed my door for me. He thanked the people and got in on his side setting the food into the back seat.

"So after he drugged you.. thats when u started to run?"

"I don't remember.. after everything went black all I know is I was running down the street.. ...then I bumped into you." I said looking at him.

I turned my head and seen him gripping the steering wheel tight. His knuckles were turning white. I reached over and grabbed his arm. He looked my way sighing and loosened his grip.

"I'm sorry I've done you wrong, I know it's only been like what? A few days but I swear I'll make it up to you.. I promise."

"Thank you Jah, that means a-lot to me." I said giving him a small smile.

We continued driving just talking about random things. He laughed at how drunk I am off wine and I laughed about it too. A couple minutes later we pulled up in front of the house.

"Hold on." He said grabbing the bag of food and hopping out the car.

He ran to my side opening the door and putting a hand out to help me get out. I took it, giving him a genuine smile and hopping out as well. He closed the car door and we walked up to the house. He opened the door for me allowing me to walk in first. I took a step in and turned waiting for him to come in as well.

We walked down the little hall and out to the main corridor, instantly my mouth dropped open wide, I was spooked...
