Suga could still feel the rush of adrenaline and fear coursing through his system. His body was exhausted, but his mind felt like it was on full throttle. Even after another long soak in the bath and eating a warm, hearty dinner, he still could not settle down.

While the other boys wandered back to the room together after dinner, he found himself sitting outside at the edge of the fountain of the three Gods. He sat with his legs crossed under him, his body turned to face Hades directly.

He gazed up at the likeness of his father. The statue's hard eyed stare was so lifelike that he almost wanted to cower in response. It had only been like two days in Olympus, but still he felt as if it had been years since he had looked upon the face of Hades.

And maybe it had been years since he really looked at his father. He couldn't remember the last time they had a legitimate conversation about anything other than Hades' hatred of Olympus. Actually, as he thought long and hard about everything before coming to Olympus, he found that the memories were jumbled and blurred together. When was the last time he did anything there than sit, staring at the souls below him?

Suga breathed out, dropping his head back to gaze up at the night sky, no longer able to handle the empty marbled stare of Hades. He had read many books about the different stars and constellations that decorated the vast emptiness above him. But nothing prepared him for how truly beautiful the sight of tiny distant lights could be when littered against the night.

That's how JHope found him. Suga's gaze was still focused on the beauty above him that he didn't even notice the red headed boy approach him. JHope sat beside Suga silently, glancing up to try and see what could be capturing Suga's attention so fully.

But JHope was used to seeing stars and the moon lighting the dark sky. He was accustomed to the view and so he saw nothing special in it. Instead, he looked at the boy sitting beside him.

Suga was fascinating. His dark hair was blacker than the night sky above him. His skin was of the lightest complexion that JHope had seen, reminding him of the marble that Olympus was built with. Suga's neck was fully exposed as he stared upwards at the night sky. JHope leaned in, seeing something strange against Suga's fair skin. Around his neck was the very feint outline of a hand and fingers wrapping around him. It was so subtle that JHope was sure he would never have noticed if he had not been sitting a couple inches away from the other boy.

He leaned in closer, a distant memory pulling at the corners of his mind as he stared at the pale hue of the outline. It was almost as if-

"Are you going to continue staring at me?" Suga spoke suddenly, turning to face JHope who was leaning in close to him.

"W-what?" JHope stuttered, his eyes sweeping over Suga's skin one more time, but it was of no use. The mark was gone. Almost as if it had never existed. Maybe his mind just made it up, too jumbled with his thoughts to be able to think straight.

"Can I help you?" Suga asked, moving back a bit from him.

JHope's eyebrows furrowed. "No," the thoughts of vanishing hand prints left his mind. "I've been sitting here a while, you know.

"I know," Suga replied simply.

JHope's eyebrows pressed together. "You didn't seem to notice," JHope commented.

Suga shrugged. "I noticed. You just didn't say anything so I didn't either," he said back. "Were you expecting a different reaction?"

"I don't know, most people say at least something when someone approaches them."
