Harry and I got on the train, pulling our luggage behind us. He stopped outside a compartment, opening the glass door to sit with Hermione, Ron and Ginny. I stayed where I was, watching him sit down.

"Are you coming in? Hermione asked me, making the other three students turn to me.

"I, uh, I'm gonna go find Draco. Haven't talked to him since..." I cut off. I didn't need to say anything, they knew.

"See you later." Harry understandingly smiled. I reached out and closed the door after nodding.

I turned to face the corridor, where would Draco be? As I walked I checked each compartment, slowing down by each door. He wasn't in any of them. I made my way down the hallway until I reached an open area on the train, mostly filled with Slytherins. Lugging my case behind me, I continued down the train, looking from Slytherin to Slytherin.

"Oh great, you're back." A voice snickered from my right. I turned to face the brown haired girl and her army of teenage girls. "Heard from Cedric?"

"You know Pansy. Sometimes I hate you. And other times, I hate you even more." I told her before walking off.

As I left Pansy and the gorillas I spotted Draco sitting with some other Slytherins.

"Draco!" I called out, his head snapped in my direction. He looked back at his friends and said something before standing and making his way towards me. "Hi." I smiled.

"Hi, are you coming to sit with us?" He asked.

"That depends, who are you sitting with?" I replied, raising my eyebrows. Honestly, I really wasn't a fan of most of the Slytherins, and they weren't fans of me. As in, they hated my guts, wanted to avada kedavra me. And to that, I say good luck. Bitch I beat the dark lord when I was a baby. Come at me bro.

Was that right? I've been trying to learn my muggle slang.

"Draco baby!" A voice came from behind, making me turn to face it's owner. She had a thick smirk placed on her face while pushing past me to get to Draco, who she flung herself onto. Once she had attached herself to him she planted a kiss on his lips. Then she turned back to me. "What? Didn't you know Draco's my boyfriend?"

Any smile I had on my face was gone, why would he do that? Why... her?

"You know what? I'm gonna go sit with people I can stand to be around." I scoffed, taking my trunk and turning away from the disgusting couple.

"Liz-"

"My name's Elizabeth." I snapped, not stopping to turn around.

I just kept going, leaving the open area full of Slytherins and heading to the compartment I left Harry, Hermione, Ginny and Ron in.

"Elizabeth, wait." Draco's voice came from behind me, but I wasn't going to stop. I didn't want to talk to him.

He grabbed my arm and spun me around to face him. I stood there, looking at him, waiting for an explanation. I know it was none of my business if he was in a relationship with Pansy or not, but it felt like it was. He was the only Slytherin I liked, and Pansy would surely turn him against me. Just like every other student in Slytherin. Just like every other student.

"Can we go in there and talk?" He asked, pointing to an empty compartment next to us.

I reached out and slammed the door open, gesturing for him to go in. Which he did and I followed, shutting the door behind me.

"Start talking." I told him.

"Why are you mad? Yeah, you hate her, but it's my choice. She's my girlfriend, Elizabeth, my girlfriend. Our families are friends, so she's spent most of the summer with me and-"

"So that's why you never wrote to me? Not even one letter." I interrupted.

"You think my family would let me write to a Potter?" He responded, rolling his eyes. It hurt, he was supposed to be a friend.

"Is that all I am now? A Potter?" I asked, not even trying to hide how hurt I was. I didn't care if he could see the emotional pain I felt, I wanted him to know it hurt.

"I didn't-"

"Oh, shut up. You said what you said, didn't you?" I told him. I turned to the door before he could say anything else and pulled it open, stopping to say one last thing. "I'm mad because your one of my friends. Being in a relationship is magical, with the right person. It makes you feel wanted, secure. But I could never love someone who hated my friend, because friends are important. Remember how you came crawling to me, telling me how much you want to be my friend? Don't tell me that wasn't important to you. Don't take love for granted, you never know if one day they'll just be gone."

A teardrop left my eye, streaming down my cheek. I missed him so much. He was my support, the one I could tell anything to. I needed him back. I really hoped Emma would send me what I needed sooner, maybe then I could've been reunited with Cedric sooner.

Breaking from my thoughts I stepped out of the room, turning to face Draco. "Don't let her take you for granted." Then I shut the door, leaving him in the empty room staring back at me. I left him there, taking my luggage and walking down the train looking for the compartment I had last seen Harry, Ginny, Ron and Hermione in.

I stopped dead in my tracks, taking a deep breath. Was I, hallucinating? I-I must have been, he couldn't be there. My scar stung as I stared at him, my breath quickening. He stared back with an evil grin plastered under where his nose was supposed to be.

Slowly, I moved closer, drawing my wand with my free hand. I couldn't take any chances. I lifted my wand, pointing it at the nearing figure.

"What do you want?" I asked him, but all he did was grin even more. Anger flushed through me, deciding my next move for me. I quickened my pace until he and I were face to face, my wand under his chin, but not touching him. "Avada-"

Before I could finish he was gone, the pain of my scar disappeared and I was pointing my wand at thin air. I quickly lowered my wand and looked around. He was nowhere to be seen.

I didn't understand.

What did Voldemort want?
