Demi's POV

Two days later, Celesta and I are released to go home. Joe and the new baby have been perfect and these days have been amazing. Gabi came to visit a few times and I think she's starting to accept her baby sister. Seeing them together makes me happier than I could ever imagine.

Joe carefully lays Celesta into her infant carrier dressed in pink as she has been since she was born. I used to be really against pink, but now I couldn't resist buying a lot of girly baby clothes. I might be a little too obsessed.

As we prepare to leave the hospital, I am nervous for the possible presence of paparazzi that may take pictures of our daughter. Joe and I haven't released anything to the public yet, but we are planning to once we get home with Celesta.

I pick up the infant seat and Joe grabs our bags from the hospital stay. "Are you ready to go?" he asks.

I nod. "I can't wait to be home."

We leave the hospital ready to start this next chapter in our lives and all is well until I notice the paparazzi taking some photos of us and the baby. Joe helps to hide us, then we run into the car. I hope that they didn't get too many photos of us. I wish we could just have some privacy sometimes.

Back home, I look online and see that already there are photos of Celesta that have surfaced. This makes both Joe and I a little upset, but we also know there is nothing we can really do about it.

Gabi stayed home from work today to help us with the baby, or so she says. I think she just loves her little sister more than she would care to admit.

Gabi's POV

Today is the day that I am planning on telling Mom and Dad about my cutting. I decided to stay home from work so that I could spend a little more time with Celesta and my parents before they start treating me like I'm fragile.

That evening, Mom, Dad, and I sit on the couch to watch a movie. I guess that Celesta hasn't quite replaced me yet. She's fast asleep in my mom's arms. Watching her peaceful face while sleeping bring a small smile to my face.

After our movie is over, I whisper to my parents as not to wake the baby. "Can I talk to you guys in my room?"

Mom nods and looks almost apprehensive. "I think we'll put Cela to bed first."

My mom came up with the nickname. I think it's cute. My dad prefers her full name, but I'm not picking sides.

"Okay," I say. I walk up to my room and wait for my parents to finish putting Celesta to bed and come talk to me. I'm quite scared, but I need to do this. They need to know that I'm not something to be proud of.
