You where walking down the halls of your highschool. It was the beginning of December so everyone was getting ready for Christmas. Your school did something every year where they did a Christmas dance, it was just a bunch of decorations and Christmas music thou. As you where walking down the halls you saw your best friend , Jordan
"Hey Jordan" you yelled for him to hear you
He turned around and smiled. You guys have been friends since first grade. The teacher made you guys sit by each other and guys both where obsessed with Nintendo so you guys became friends rather quickly.
"Hey" he replied with
"So how you doing on Mario kart 8?"
"I haven't played it yet" he said
"But didn't you just get it yesterday?"
He nodded in response
" so why didn't you play it? I thought you stayed up all night and played it"
"I wanted to wait for you, for we could play multiplayer"
"Aww, you're so sweet"
"I know" he said , which made me laugh
"Oh my gosh, we need to get to class" he said looking at the clock
He grabbed my hand and ran to class. Which made me blush madly. We entered class just before the bell rung. We took our seats ( which where right next to each other). The teacher walked in the class saying good morning.
"OK,class I'm going to draw random people to help out with the Christmas dance" the teacher said
After she was almost done, she said she had one more spot left.
"Jordan and (y/n)" she called on
"You guys will be in charge of the music"
Jordan was really happy about getting picked for music. The rest of school went by very quick . Jordan and I met in the music room to pick music to play at the dance. We ended up picking a bunch of Christmas songs , we also put all time low music in there as well! I then came up with a really good idea.
"Hey Jordan you have a band right?"
"Yeah , why?"
"Well maybe dansweeto could make a special appearance at the dance?"
"Really?"
"Yeah, we do need at least one live performance right?"
"Well yeah"
"Exactly, so are you in?"
He thought for a minute and finally said
"Sure, I'm in"
*skip to the dance*
The day of the dance finally came! I was excited . I was wearing a Santa hat , my nightmare before Christmas shirt, black skinny jeans, and red converse. I heard a knock at my door knowing it was , Jordan. When I opened the door we both laughed . we where both wearing nightmare before Christmas shirts.
*skip car ride*
When we got to the dance it looked amazing . there where decorations everywhere , Christmas music blasting and of course a lot of cookies. About halfway threw the dance , the principal went up on the stage to make an speech.
"Are you guys enjoying the dance so far?" He asked only to get a bunch of cheering.
"Good, well we have a special for you guys , here to preform , DanSweeto!"
Jordan, Ben , And Brendon all went up on stage. Jordan went up to the mic.
"Hey everybody, we are DanSweeto , I'm Jordan , that's Ben , and that's Brendon. We are going to preform a song I wrote for my best friend (y/n) called , Don't Forget"
After , they preformed a couple more songs they where finally done. When Jordan got off the stage I gave him a huge hug .
"You did great" I said
"Thanks"
"Did you really write that song for me?"
He blushed and replied with
"Yes"
"But why?" I asked
"(Y/n) I have had a crush on you since first grade , and I wrote that song for you cause you know its a love song and I'm in love with you"
I stood there shocked
"I get it if you want to be just friends" he said
I then out of nowhere kissed him on the lips. After the kiss , we both where smiling ,
"So will you please be my girlfriend?" He asked nervouslly
"I'd love to"
From that day you and Jordan dated. 5 years later he proposed to you and you said yes.
