Different part 2

"Surprise Deccy! Now tell me why the radio silence man!" Ant started off light and jovial but the last phrase had a very severe undertone.
"I'm sorry" Dec murmured as he stared down not allowing himself to look at the phone, he heard Ant sigh in response before the other continued.
"Look Declan... look at me. You know I've got you sussed and Holly has caught up pretty quick too. Mate, I know your lonely and it breaks me heart that I have done this to you and that's why your feeling like this." Dec's eyes shot up as he stared at the phone in protest; hating the fact that Ant was blaming himself. Yet of course, Ant didn't give him the chance to reply as he went on.
" But you can't go the whole series like this. This should be your happiest series. You got little Isla with you, and your on your first family holiday. Sure it's not all relaxing but you knew things were going to change when Isla came- but I didn't see you feeling like this.... Holly's the same Dec- you knew she was coming and you knew things wouldn't be the same. So make it a positive man!!" Ant basically shouted that last part and Dec couldn't help but let out a little snort as Ant did an impression on his mother ( that was one of her main catchphrases).
" Holly loves you and Holly is scared- more scared than you are. And do you know why? She's scared to let us down. Now, I will tell her to the end of the earth that she could never; but that doesn't count if she can see you shitting ya pants all the time!" Dec replied with a yelp of content at that, but let Ant go on nevertheless.
"I am right behind you, and whatever happens my job to you is to look after Holly. Not about making the show successful or the same- just look after Holly. And I know you can do that so get your arse in gear!" Ant finished his speech and there was a pause as both of them thought through the situation.
" I can do it, Holly I mean, I will make sure I do do it." Dec nodded seriously as he came to all the same conclusions that Ant had.
" YOU BETTER NOT DO HOLLY- might I remind you about your wife and Holly's husband!!" Both burst out laughing about the accidental innuendo; and it was back to normal. They may have been miles away , but in that caravan at stupid o'clock in the morning, Ant and Dec reunited.

" Before I go, good luck today. We both know you will smash it." Ant said oh so sincerly, not knowing 'smash it' would grow to be the catchphrase of the series.
" I love ya Ant" Dec replies staring into the camera so it would be like he was staring into Ants eyes.
" You two little guy" and before Dec could argue Ant hung up.

Dec took a moment to compose himself; took a deep breath in before standing up and heading to the mirror. Buttoning up his top button , he gave himself a silent talking to and then turned to see Holly waiting at the door of his caravan, silently peering in.

"Do I want to know how long you've been there?" Dec asked with a smile as he followed Holly out the trailer.
" Probably not!" Holly giggled in response, before they were both launched into a laughing fit.

They were going to be just fine.
Dec and Holly would go on to 'smash it'!
