Got to love the Marauders for their pranks, right?

Lily and Marlene were sitting at the Gryffindor table for lunch on a Saturday when the Marauders came up to them. "Lily, go out with me?" Came the voice of the one and only James Potter.

"No." Lily said for the thousandth time.

"Why? I know you like me" James said

"No, i do not." Lily snapped.

"Fine, i didn't want to have to do this but..." James starts.

"There's a potion in your drinks that you just finished. And we have a question that will activate it." Remus finishes.

"It will make you sing what you're feeling and Marlene will sing back up." Sirius informs the girls.

"Don't you even think about it Potter." Lily and Marlene snap.

"Ready boys?" Sirius asks. They nod their heads and ask Lily loudly "How do you feel about singing?" At this question, music starts playing and everyone looks towards Lily as she stands to face the boys.

James looks at her in shock and happiness.

When Miss Independence walked away

Lily finished looking red with embarrassment along with Marlene. The Marauders had triumphant smirks plastered to their faces. "So, you are in love with me. Called it." James says loudly.

"I can't help it." Lily whispered.

Snape looks over to the girl he loves in anger and despair, now knowing that he won't have any shot now. He thought bitterly 'Just because he stood up for you last year when i called you a mudblood.'

"Will you, Lily Evans, go out with me?" James asks normally.

Lily groans "fine."

"SHE SAID YES!" Sirius shouts making the great hall erupt with cheers, clapping and people exclaiming "ABOUT TIME!"
