HINATA's POV
"No..., i'm tired, I'll sleep" i told him and layed down then turning to the other side
*Rinnngggggggg
I suddenly heard that annoying ring
"Hey Honey!" He cheerfully greeted
"Sorry Honey, I'm still at the hospital, but I'll go home tomorrow" he said while walking to the couch and sat with a sigh
"Anything you want me to buy?" He asked then i heard that voice it was a girl... is he really married?
"Sure... Ramen it is... I'll bring it for dinner then" hey! That's our favourite... why would you let any women eat those with you without me?! Did you really left me?
"Ok. Sweetheart, see you tomorrow, good night" he said to the phone and kissed it with a loud tone so the other aide could here it
Then he put his phone back to his pocket and i pretended to be asleep
"Dear god... i don't know what to do anymore... i just love her whatever happened.... please help me" i heard him prayed
He Prayed. For her, not for me but her. Am i really abandoned? What happened to US?
Did we broke up? Then what the hell is he doing here? Why is he here? What about the love we had?
When did we broke up? Why would we...*sob *sob
I just couldn't help it. I just cried. Stopping my mouth to make any noise so he wouldn't wake up and with that i fell asleep
*After a Week*
"So.... she'll be released?" Naruto-kun asked the doctor
"Well... from her recovery stage, she can go tomorrow or today, but we'll just run a little check up and she's free to go" the doctor said to him
What year was it today? Oh yeah 20XX... but how? I don't know what happened for the past 5 years... what happened at that time?
"...Ina... Hina" Naruto called
"Y-yes?" I asked
"Are you alright? You're just staring at the nothing" he said touching my forehead seeing if i had a temperature
"A-ah no... it's n-nothing... so i can go home today?" I asked him in a fake cheerful tone
"Well yeah... if that's what you want" he said, shrugging his shoulder
"But... do you know my house?" I asked him knowing i left the Hyuga's household because my father didn't knew i was hospitalized
"You'll come home with me" he said in a cheery tone as he tidy up the place then the nurses and doctor came in in a knock as started the check up

"Just rest for a few weeks and drink this medicine and vitamins so you'll recover your memories and energy" said the doctor and bowed to Naruto before leaving
"Let's go?" Naruto asked in his infamous smile
"Y-yeah" i replied as i stood up and followed him to wherever
"Are you hungry?" He asked as we stopped on a elevator
"Well...." do i say yes? Or no? But i do not have the money
"Oh i know let's go to our favorite" he said as we hop in inside the elevator
Is he talking about that one? Our favorite? The ... Ichirkus's
And just like on my mind we actually went there
"Naruto! Long time no see" said and old man
"Yep! 5 usual please, 2 for take out" he said and we waited unti it was served and we ate in silence
After we finished eating he seemed satisfied and so was i.
"Now let's go home" is what he said after paying the bill
Home? I don't think that's my home. It's your home. Not mine. Not ours. Just yours
"Hey you alright hina?" He suddenly asked while driving. My mind was blank that I didn't even notice that we're already inside the car
"Y-yeah i'm f-fine. I was just thinking" i said looking out the window
"What are you thinking?" He suddenly asked smilling while looking on the road
"It's n-n-nothing" i replied
"It's okay if you don't want to tell me, but, hey i might clear things since you're confused" he replied looking at me for a few seconds before returning his eyes on the road
"W-wouldn't your wife get angry if yoi brought a girl home?" I asked shyly and i looked at him and his brow were raised up
"Well... yeah, I'll just tell here you're the new housewife and she's fired" he said with his pokerface
"F-fired?" I asked and was ready to tell him to stop the car but he suddenly burst into laughter as he parked beside the road
"Hahahaha wooh... that hit the spot hahha" he said wiping the tears on his eyes while still laughing and i was just 'yeah that was so funny' facing him
"Sorry... Hahaha i forgot you have amnesia hahaha but that was funny. Especially your reaction" he said making face and laughing at himself
"Seriously... are you even taking me serious?!" I said getting pissed of him
"Ok ok ok sorry babe... but you're the future Mrs.Naruto Uzumaki. Okay? Now sorry" he said as he plant a kiss on my forehead
"Future? But you have kids" i said in a confused tone
"Yeah... but i never had a wife nor other relationship" he explained
He never had a wife... wait WHAT?!
"You never had a wife?" I asked surprised
"Well... yeah"
"How? I mean you have kids and you don't have a wife... did you slept with some woman?!" I angrily asked
"Woah! Hold your horses Babe... I didn't say i slept with woman, right? The fact that i have kids doesn't mean i slept around with a bunch of woman... it's just that they suddenly appeared" he explained
"Appeared? How can kids just suddenly appear?" I asked in confusion
"Well 5 years ago, they just appeared into my life." He said in a Charming way
"Oh... but i still don't—"
And with that i didn't even think this would happen.
One second we were being happy and I'm finally reconciling with the love of my life and then another second everything went blank
