The best isn't always
what you think it is.

══════◄••❀••►══════

Two days have passed. Jeongin still didn't attend school, as he wanted to avoid the bullying - and Chan.

Yes, he actually did follow the orders given to him. And honestly - it was boring the heck out of him.

I bet, everyone has stayed away from school for a day at least, and at some point of time you don't really know what to do, because everything you could do, was already done.

And that's exactly how Jeongin felt right now, skipping through some children's TV series.

If you ever felt this kind of boredom, you kind of wish you would go to school, as it is some other kind of boredom you have to endure.

The day went by, eventually it became 3pm, and Jeongin was sleeping as he lacked any possible activities, where he would not risk of running into someone of his school.
But now he heard a knock on his door, wondering who it could be, after all he didn't really have friends anymore.

Curious, yet cautios he walked towards his door, and looked through the spy hole - only to see Chan standing outside the door. To be honest, he didn't expect him to come at all - the apartment was clean, but he wasn't mentally prepared. Also he wanted to avoid him. And how is that possible if he can't really pretend to not be at home?

After he considered every single aspect of the two possible actions he could take, he sighed - and opened the door. "Uhm, hi..", he said, forcing a slight smile on his face. "Why are you here?", he asked then, not even questioning the fact that he had never told Chan his address, but he probably just took a look into his student file.

"Hey!", the older said cheerfully, not noticing that Jeongin wasn't really happy to see him. "I just wanted to stop by and tell you that we have cleared it all up and you can go to school again starting from tomorrow or next week. Just what's more to your preference.", Chan still was cheerful, not seeing that Jeongin frowned a little when he told him the news, but then the angel nodded with a slight smile.

"Is.. he gone?", it was obvious that Jeongin wasn't quite fond of saying Bambam's name - but the human couldn't know that it was out of regret and not fear, so he just nodded with an emphasizing smile.

Suddenly, it shook Jeongin. He sensed that something was about to happen and he tried to put a finger on it - but he couldn't. "Hyung..? How about you stay for a little?", he suddenly asked, even hanging on a 'hyung', as they became somewhat close because of those past events. Jeongin was still cautious about hanging out with Chan - after all his life as an angel was in danger.

"Uh, sorry, I'd like to come in a little, but I gotta head home now. See ya around school soon~", Chan chuckled and waved at him - and before Jeongin could say anything he had left.

As the angel's sixth sense was tingling, he quickly followed Chan - but decided to make himself invisible in case anything happens.
I mean, he wouldn't want to get himself discovered, basically stalking the student council president.

And Jeongin's sense definitely wasn't wrong.

As soon as Chan wanted to cross the street, he just heard a hump, not even realizing what was happening - before he just saw black.
