Your breaths were slow and shallow. Your eyes were heavy and your dry mouth caused you to grow thirsty. You stayed still as the pack circled you in a silent vow of grief.
They were watching your final breaths.
Optimus frowned and laid next to you, licking your ear and fur. You slowly looked at him with a heavy whine. "I'm okay..."
Optimus shook his head slowly. "No, (Y/N). You're not..." He hid his head in the crook of your neck, your fur filling his vision. "You're going to leave us. Leave me."
You frowned and weakly nudged him. "You are their leader, Optimus. I'm nothing more than an ally. I'm no one." You smiled just slightly. Optimus looked at you with the look of horror. You laid down with a gentle look towards his direction.
"You are not nothing. You are my love. You are a member of this pack, you are our family. We can't just..." Optimus shook his head, his legs shaking. You gently licked his cheek as your eyes feel heavier.
"Forget about me," you said. "I'm nothing."
You laid your head back down and with one last breath... You were gone.
