"KIM TAEHYUNG! i specifically told you to not sleep on my lap when i'm resting after sport!" jeongguk exclaimed but taehyung didn't listen.
"no. you're very comfy and i don't wanna move." taehyung excused. jeongguk rolled his eyes but doesn't even make any movements to move taehyung away from his lap.
"-gguk! come on! you've rested for more than you needed!" yoongi yelled from across the gym.
"wait-"
jeongguk quickly stood up, making taehyung hit his head on the bench a bit too hard.
"ow!" taehyung whimpered, his head hurting a lot. jeongguk quickly rushed back to him caressing his head.
"i'm so sorry, tae! i forgot you were there and mistakenly took you like a bag! i'm sorry! blame yoongi hyung for this! i didn't do anything!" jeongguk quickly says as he saw taehyung with tears in his eyes.
"fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck! it hurts so much! why didn't you warn me!" taehyung whined as he rubbed his head.
"i'm sorry! yoongi hyung startled me and i jumped! you know how strict he is when it comes to resting!" jeongguk whined back.
taehyung grumbled out a few words and sat up, still rubbing his head.
"whatever. just go to yoongi hyung. he's glaring at you right now and looks angry." taehyung pointed out. jeongguk looked at his back and indeed, yoongi was glaring at him.
"right, okay, you stay here. i'll be back in thirty minutes, okay?" jeongguk says and taehyung nodded, pulling out his phone to play some games.
jeongguk walked over to yoongi, who has his arms crossed on his chest.
"geez... chill, hyung. i needed to say sorry to taehyung because i accidentally let his head hit the bench! when it's technically your own fault!" jeongguk complained. yoongi made a face to jeongguk, clearly saying 'bitch, we need to practice for the finals.'
"jeongguk. do you know how important the finals are for me? i want us to win this year! we didn't win last year and i want us to win this one. got it?" yoongi says and jeongguk nodded with a sigh.

jeongguk panted as he finally scored his last score. yoongi clapped slowly, walking towards jeongguk with a happy smile.
"good job, gguk! you've improved since the first time you joined the basketball team! i'm proud of you." yoongi commented.
"you know, jimin could just barge into the gym any moment and-"
"yoongi hyung! your chimchim is here!" jimin exclaimed from the entrance of the gym. jeongguk shot a knowing look at yoongi and left to hug taehyung.
"i'm sorry that you had to wait for so long." jeongguk says as he stared at taehyung.
"stop it! you're looking at me with your cute doe eyes and i can't take it! my heart's melting..." taehyung says dramatically. jeongguk rolled his eyes and stood up, taehyung following suit.
"where are we going?" taehyung asks.
"rooftop." jeongguk answers simply.

as they climbed the last flight of stairs, taehyung suddenly spoke out, "h-hey... i just want you to know... i'm scared of hei-heights and i can't handle being there for too long. c-can we just stay there for a few minutes and leave after that? i'm sorry if that's bothering-"
"hey, hey. look at me. i'm going to make you forget about that, okay? you're going to be okay and nothing's going to happen to you." jeongguk softly says and taehyung bit his lip.
jeongguk took taehyung's hands in his and walked slowly to the rooftop.
the view was quite beautiful and taehyung couldn't help but gaped at the view he was seeing. jeongguk smiled as he saw how beautiful taehyung looked as the sun shone on him. he slowly walked towards the edge where they both can sit down. taehyung was quick to realize what was happening and he quickly let go of jeongguk's hand, retracting his steps.
"i-i can't do this. it's too sc-scary and i can't-"
jeongguk walked towards taehyung and grabbed both of his hands and intertwined it with his own. they both stared at each other quietly, both quickly taking in of how beautiful each was.
"i'm not going to let you fall down, taehyung. it's going to be okay. everything's going to be okay and nothing's going to happen to you." jeongguk says. taehyung gulped and slowly walked towards the edge, jeongguk still holding both of his hands.
jeongguk slowly lowered himself, taehyung also following his movements. their feet was now dangling over the edge, the wind blowing their hairs softly, and the sun shining on both of them.
"see? it's all okay now. you're not going to fall down. i'm holding you." jeongguk says softly and taehyung smiled.
"yeah... this is nice. thank you for bringing me here. i love you, kookoo." taehyung said and jeongguk smiled.
"i love you too taetae."

as you all can notice, i changed my 'ok' to 'okay' i have no reasons to change it. i just think that 'okay' seems to look better for some reason, lmao.
but anyways, this book isn't going to end yet! i still have so many chapters to publish and i hope you're looking forward to it! i'm on christmas holiday so i will try and update this book more often!
