PETTING taehyung's hair was one of the many habits jeongguk possesses. taehyung's hair was soft and delicate to touch.
"koo... do you mind if you take the remote control for me?" taehyung asks and jeongguk shook his head a no and took the remote control.
"what's wrong, baby? you've been so lazy these days. it's like your energy has been sucked out of your body." jeongguk asks.
"i don't know... yes, i've been feeling so lazy these days but i don't know the reason. maybe it's because of school? i've been working on so much work for school lately and i haven't been getting much rest..." taehyung yawned as he lazily turned on the tv. jeongguk sighed as he kept playing with taehyung's hair.
"i told you to get some rest. why didn't you? i thought i specifically told you to get rest right after you finish doing work?" jeongguk asks.
"I know but... it feels like i still need to do more work than i have done..." taehyung stretched and then took off his shirt.
it was normal for it to happen in front of jeongguk but in this case, it was different.
jeongguk gasps as soon as he sees taehyung's backside, "tae-taehyung... do you usually have marks of your wings on your back?"
"yeah... why?" taehyung asks.
"the-they're not here... i don't see any marks... where—"
"oh my god! jeongguk! do you know what this means?!" jeongguk shook his head. "the curse is gone! i'm not cursed anymore! i'm no longer a monster of the school! im not longer a threat to the people of the world! jeongguk, you healed me!"
jeongguk's eyes widened, "b-but how—"
"love heals the curse! right! of course! why didn't i remember that! jeongguk, your love healed me! i'm no longer cursed because i'm loved by you." taehyung exclaimed happily.
jeongguk smiled widely and immediately hugged taehyung. "i love you, so much... and i'm grateful to know that i am the person that heals you from your curse..."

"guys, guys! i'm healed! i'm no longer cursed! jiminie... i'm sorry whether i scared you or not... it wasn't me, i promise! that wasn't me at all! i'm sorry—"
"hey, it's okay... i get it. you couldn't control that... that beast and you had to do it. i forgive you, tae. but hey, at least you're healed from the curse. you might be able to live a normal life now!" jimin exclaimed and the rest of the boys nodded while taehyung giggled.
"i'm happy..." taehyung murmured as jeongguk hugged him.
"me too, tae... but i think you need to get rid of that cursed paper now. we don't want any more of these little demons around this neighborhood right?" jeongguk asks and taehyung nodded as he went to the secret room.
taehyung grabbed the paper and immediately folded it into half. he went to the fireplace that was inside the room.
"so long, paper..." taehyung murmured and threw the paper into the fire and he watched it burn into ashes.
taehyung closed the door shut and walked to the living room where everyone was.
"who wants to have a movie night in the theatre room?" taehyung asks and everyone yelled and ran to the theatre room, only leaving jeongguk and taehyung in the room.
jeongguk sighs and hugged taehyung tightly, one arm around taehyung's waist and the others intertwined with taehyung's hand.
"i love you, koo..."
"i love you too, petal..."
