The morning rays of the sun fell on his admirable face as she pushed open the curtains. Today morning she had awoken with a new spirit, a new energy. He was her healer. She didn't remember when was the last time she had felt so positive and so lively. She smiled as she went about packing her bag. It was that model's wedding, Anika was personally going to deliver the dress and see to it that things went right.
"Shivaay, wake up!" She said aloud as she filled her purse with necessary cash. This was so unusual. To wake him up. Because always it was the other way around. He would be pitch perfect ready every time she woke up. Then were his ways to wake her up. She was totally not an alarm person. She wondered what happened every time she set an alarm. But coming back to him. He was the most adorable alarm, but at times he was such an irritating idiot.
He sat up yawning. "What's the time?"
"It's seven. "
"How are you up so early?" He asked trying hard to open his eyes. He had slept so well, yet he wanted to sleep some more. So unlike him. Maybe the sleepless past few nights were showing their effects now.
"I have work Shivaay. Okay listen, I am leaving. I have made breakfast for you. Your shirt is ironed and hanging there. The keys are in the key hanger, lock when you leave. I will take the key from you later. And yes, if there is a chance you've forgotten, you were at a foreign conference. And.." She said continuously.
"Anika relax. Why are you going?" He said looking at her with an unapproved look.
She smiled walking close to the bed and he scooted to the edge of the bed. She carefully placed her hands on his shoulder. "I have work!" She whispered.
"You didn't have to make breakfast. " he said smiling, letting his hands make their way to her waist.
"I know my cooking isn't excellent. But well it tasted fine. But if you find it uneatable, I have left fruits in the fridge and there is milk and cornflakes. Oh yes. I forgot. I had to buy a few stuffs mom asked me to, please buy them, I won't get time. Please."
He smiled thoughtfully. " Well, I will think of it and let you know. " he said with an air of superiority.
She shook her head. Nothing could be done of this particular man. "Fine. Don't. I will find a way. Now leave."
"No!" He said pulling her close.
She narrowed her eyes at him.
"Those eyes don't work on me. "
She gave him her, don't mess with me look.
"Fine. You know this apartment is unlucky for me. "
She blinked, "and why do you say that?"
"It's never in my favor. We never have sex here. You always win if we fight here. I have to always give up. Unlucky thing! "
