Thirty Nine

You find yourself in bed curled up in the covers flicking through YouTube. It's a Friday so you're expecting a new video from your favourite Youtuber's to be uploaded tonight.

You know that you have homework to do but it can wait once you see a brand new post from Real_pcy. The thumbnail was intriguing as it held both Chanyeol and Baekhyun on the front looking comfortable beside each other while the words We Need To Talk spread out across their faces.

You rub your eyes completely surprised that Park Chanyeol really had uploaded a new video, titled Are we really friends? @baekhyunee_exo

You freeze noticing some Korean letters hidden in the description with no translation option to explain it's content, you smile when you realise that Baekhyun must have offered to put them there for the unknowledged Korean that was Park Chanyeol.

Grabbing some popcorn from your kitchen before diving back under the covers you turn on your computer and begin the video.

3rd person's p.o.v~

The camera was shaking at first, just a casual cream coloured background was present until something moved and the camera was once again covered showing nothing but a black wall of nothingness. 

Park Chanyeol's face appeared through the lense, his head topped with his famous black cap that he practically always wore infront of the camera, everyone only being able to get a glimpse at him without it when he was in the house with other Youtubers.

"Hello everyone it's Chanyeol and for today's video well.. um.." he halts in his sentence casually looking around somewhere off cam, he seemed a little on edge but definitely different today. "It seems that I'm missing the person you all want to see here beside me"

Some shuffling went through the speakers, while Chanyeol tried to host his arm up higher in a more comfortable position so that he could move around a bit more freely. The camera vision was flipped to show what was before the latter, while he walked through the house showcasing the great work that Baekhyun had put into making the livingroom beautiful.

They had spent at least two weeks in the new set up and everything went well, which was good for them considering they wouldn't need to change anything to better suit their way of life since they were already used to living together.

Baekhyun who was sitting on the couch balled up in a blanket glanced up from his phone at the taller who smiled and waved at him. "What are you doing?" He laughed once the latter ran towards him and dived next to him, flipping the camera back to selfie mode.

"I'm filming our collab" Chanyeol smiled bumping his shoulder off the smaller who blushed. "Don't you remember? We were up all last night talking about it, we even went live to get questions~"

"I remember Channie" Baekhyun reassured patting the taller on his knee to prove his point "you kept me up until 3 this morning"

Chanyeol nodded clearly proud of his actions although Baekhyun didnt seem to be annoyed by it, for if he was then he was hiding it very well. Baekhyun wrapped the blanket around Chanyeol trying to suffocate him in a playful punishment before he jumped up and ran out of the room and up the stairs claiming that he need to grab something before they started properly. Chanyeol figured he would just edit it out later if the video suppressed the 45 minute mark.

After he found himself organising the sound and light equipment to make the video more professional looking Chanyeol greeted Baekhyun back and together they got ready to film a new introduction similar to the time they made brownies back in Sehun's webseries.
