"Hey dude, have you read my research?" I asked Miles. "Yeah, I did." He said as it wasn't anything special like a conspiracy theory or anything.. "So...?" I asked again trying to make him say more. "Okay." He said as stopped walking and pushed me to the side. "You can't tell anyone what I'm about to tell you okay? Anyone!"
"Calm down! Have I ever told one of your secrets to anyone?" I say. "Yeah, in third grade.." He remarked. "Dude, can you shut up about third grade?"
"Just.. listen to me before I change my mind okay?" He started telling me everything about his meet up with Diana yesterday and all the things she told him and, I wanted to ask more about it to Diana but Miles told me to keep it a secret until she became a "Star master"...
At lunch time, our group sat together but there was an unusual new member...
"Hey guys! This is James." Beca said as she sat down. "What are you doing here James?" Diana asked. "Oh, you two know each other?" Beca said obliviously.
"It's Diana's star." Miles whispered to me. "No way!" I say a little to loud making everyone look at me. "uh.. sorry.."
"Yes we do. "Diana said annoyed. "Can I talk to you in private James?"
Besides the totally weird lunch, the day went by normally. Me and Miles were having Economics (neither Diana or Beca were in this class), when I had to go to the bathroom. While I was walking down the hall to the bathroom, I saw Beca and James making out by the lockers. It was.. quite heartbreaking honestly.
