Darling

Chapter 11

Davina wanted Elena to feel the pain that she did when Kol died. She wanted to strip her of everything she loved of everything that made her sane. So as Katherine spoke of annoying memories of the town. Davina tuned her out.

They were inside to caves and they were following Elena. Katherine knocked her out. And they continued on their way to the cure. Davina followed the flow of magic.

"You go he'll know I'm coming. I'll meet you in there." Davina said waiting.

"Darling?" Davina jerked back from the wall she'd been leaning on. It was Kol's voice, and he'd called her darling.

"Kol?" she called quietly.

"Darling." he said coming out. He touched her. His hands were warm against her skin. She hugged him.

"Darling, listen to me. I need you to wake Silas and use him to bring me back." Kol said. Davina looked into his eyes.

"Get out of my head." she said as her eyes shifted to the seer green. She left the ghost calling after him. And she joined Katherine.

"What?" Jeremy said

"Miss me Jer?" Davina said she threw a hard right hook to his nose.

"Davina?" he asked holding his nose.

"Enough games. You killed Kol, and now you're all gonna see how right he was." Davina said she grabbed Jeremy by the neck and she used magic to get the knife from the hunter to her hand. She slit his wrist and held it to the calcified Silas. Bonnie was dying on the ground. Katherine watched in shock. Davina took the Knife and jammed it in Jeremy's Neck and pressed him against Silas he moved his hand to hold Jeremy himself and Davina took the cure.

"Let's go." she said Jeremy struggled then Davina turned and watched him fall to the floor his eyes now life less. Davina had tear filled eyes as she got out of the cave.

"We need to get off this island." Katherine said

"Got it covered." Davina said she put her hands together and pulled then apart she spoke in greek as the two were transported back to Mystic falls.

"Do not came anywhere near me, or the Mikaelson family. Consider yourself luck I don't kill you too." Davina said giving Katherine the cure before walking away.

Jeremy Gilbert was dead and it felt damn good. She knew what happened next Elena would suffer for her accessory to Kol's murder too the death of Jeremy would kill her. Her boys would tell her to shut it off and she would. That was her punishment. Davina hadn't brought Kol back but now she felt like she hadn't done nothing.

Davina heard Klaus come in.

"Where have you been."

"Trapped in the Gilbert living room." he said angrily

"Where have you been." killing Jeremy Gilbert Davina thought. As much as she wanted to she couldn't take the credit it was Katherine.

"I've been thinking. I want to stay with you and your family. My own family has rejected me but yours hasn't and I know Kol's dead now but, I wanna stay with you." she said

"Well then you can stay here while I track and kill your cousin for his part in this." he said smirking.

"Let me know if you need help." she said

Davina had spent days playing with different things tracking down where her gram had once lived in the big easy. She'd buried Kol a few days ago. She had decided to not think about him. Which was easy to say when she was denying the pain but she slept in his room and could still smell him on everything. The smell of bourbon and pine wood. It wrapped her in it's embrace and made her want to embrace it but she couldn't because it was gone. Kol was gone. She still felt like a fool she never even gotta tell him how she felt. She never would have thought he was a thousand years older than her and had better taste than her. Klaus had brought something to her attention. Davina hadn't had much luck tracking her gram from Mystic falls. Klaus was giving her an opportunity to find it in person by going to Mystic falls. She sat on a bench with her legs crossed watching the people go by the place Klaus and Elijah had built. Kol said he'd spent time in the city and that it was vibrant with color and food, magic at every crossroad. She thought she'd like it here. Davina had been asked to seek out the witches. By nightfall she had grown tired of waiting to see one in passing and used her magic to track one down opening the doorways to her mind. She reached out and found the fear. She found..Elijah. She walked into the cemetery to see Klaus and Elijah leaving.
