Tediously i pulled another strand of hair from my head and twisted  it into the braid, sighing in frustration when the hair wouldn't pull easily.
"God damnit why doesnt this shit work, I WANT A REFUND" i screamed into the mirror as another strand of hair painfully pulled away from its section.
"Oh fuck it" impatiently i grabbed two clear hair bands and tied them into the part where i had half ass braided. Turning around with arms crossed i looked at the snickering girl behind me,
"you know i thought you said no clubbing." my eyes geering at the skinny teen,
"exactly, i said we didn't have to, that doesn't mean we won't, so put on some pasties and lets go" blinking a few times i watched as she threw said pasties at me, catching them i looked down,
"why cherries?" with a cheeky smile she winked and walked out the bathroom, "OH HELL NO!" i screeched, that girl is just so fucking wild sometimes.
Slipping on the tight jumpsuit-, I put on some heavy eyemakeup and purple lipstick, it's ultra glossy, so you'll know if I was around. Giving a sigh in content I stepped out of the bathroom with a grin, sliding my body on to the door frame while swinging my hair back.
"I am... ready." I dramatically spoke as I shot her half closed eyes that might be qualified as sexy if you asked an old guy.
"Ooh gurl, if I was looking for a boo, lemme tell you, you'd be the first on the list. Now let's bounce!" she clapped her hands as she quickly turned around, oddly leaping thorugh the air as she sashaed her butt. Her dress just a little too short for her to be  moving like that, but none less he didnt seem to be affected
Her dress just a little too short for her to be  moving like that, but none less she didnt seem to be affected. Leaving her house, we stepped into the warm night, lights reflecting off her dark hair and small blue car. I'm not sure where we're going, but I'm assuming it's the same dodgy place we've always been going to. Plopping down in the car, I shot her a look as nips crunched under my feet. The whole car smells like toothpaste, but looking around you'd just realize that the nips are all mint flavored.
"what?"
"seriously, dude, look at the floor!" I pointed dramatically with my hands as she reached into her arm rest, pulling out a 5 pack of the same mint nips.
"drink up, im driving so i'll just drink when I get there. You've had some shit weeks. So in all seriousness, you deserve to get a little fucked up. But hey, don't forget, nothing is more fucked up than us!" she yelled as she shifted the car into reverse and gassed out the short driveway, nearly sending my head into the window.
looking down at the drinks, I shrugged and looked at them hesitantly, look where they had gotten me before... "comon' chug up." her voice echoed like the devil on my shoulder.
Fuck it, plucking an apple, I twisted the cap off like I had seen in a video a little while ago. chugging its' contents as if it were the last thing I'd get to drink for a decade. Somehow, before I even knew it, I had downed the entire pack.
"welp, I won" I lightly slurred as a we pulled into the dodgy parking lot, the music from the car too loud. And when it was finally turned off the silence seemed to eat away at my skin, tearing apart and burrowing inside it.
Taking my first steps out of the car, I gripped the roof as I steadied myself, the world lightly swaying. The night sky loomed drearily as a humid heat seemed to wash over the California sky. Lettig go of the car I simply trotted after Amanda, her underwear, if you could even call it that, fluttering in the wind as she model walked her way to doom. I wonder if she even notices?
"Aren't you cold with that amount of fucking wind blowing up there?" I drawled out as she abruptly stopped, her face glowing an odd shade of pink against the street lights.
"Why the hell would i be?" She stammered, her body quickly swishing back to the front as she continued her march forward.
Walking down the dodgy stairs I watched wit hesitance as Amanda swayed over to the security guard and kissed him. Her hand moving from his face to her bag, and then back to his face. Pulling away she shot him a sweet smile as he held the door for us, words slipping through mouth. Too soft and unrecognizable for me to even translate. Heaving a sigh I followed after her small frame.
The sudden immersion of bass seemed to send my body into shock. my heart suddenly fluttering as if it were going to jump out of my chest and into one of the mixed drinks. Waving my way into the crowd I simply walked blind as strobe lights left me blinded. Maybe I shouldn't look into them. Laughing into the crowded I sighed as I felt myself start to sober up, slowly becoming awkwardly aware of reality. Well that's a problem.
Pulling myself out of the crowd I walked over to the bar and smiled in any direction. Not the creepy kind of smile that says 'hey my names carol and i got thirty cats' but more so like 'hey I'm carol, wanna meet my kitty?' After giving that look to a few of the guys I had found myself with a few more shots, purchasing some of my own I simply downed them without really caring what I'm, quite frankly, inhaling. After that i walked back into the dance pit, the loudness propelling my body foward more than my own legs.
It's funny, i always used to rag on my brother for throwing all those parties. Now look, I'm worse than him. Well, I mean, I'm not the one throwing them, but still. I'm no better.
Awkwardly swaying, with the crowd, I stared down at my feet that are awkwardly colliding with the floor. Longingly I stared up at the strobe lights, as if to ask, hey what am I really doing here?  I just want to go home. Searching the crowd, Amanda's head seemed to be no where in sight, leaving me alone in sea of people I don't know.
"Shit" i said begrudgingly as started to pull myself out of the crowd, hands gripping me in places I'd rather not care to admit. Scowling I pushed myself through a random door and instantly eyes darted to me as a deathly silence washed over my ears. My heart drumming in my chest and legs feeling like jelly. "What the fuck did i just walk into?" I whisper panicked as eyes seemed to switch from me to back to whatever they were doing. Looking over the room music teetered into my ears, not as loud as the bumping bass from before but still loud enough to drown it out.
It's a jazz club, i think, walking over to the bar, my eyes quickly adjusted as i took in the dark lighting and heavy shades of red velour, light and dark woods that coolly contrasted with echother. "Was this always here?" I spoke softly as i stared down at my hands. Well might as well get a drink while I'm here. Hailing over the bar tender i ordered some weird drink that had scotch and something else in it. Smiling i watched as she handed me my drink and some peanuts. Stirring the drink i took a sip and then turned to face the band that had people twisting and flipping like something out of a movie.
Smiling, I nibbled on the peanuts as one couple were flipping over each other like dolphins gliding above water. And as the song came to an end I loudly cheered for them, not really caring as everyone else also seemed to cheer loudly with me.
"So you're still alive huh?" Instantly my body jumped as a new voice made its self apparent to me. Turning around i stared at the tall guy infront of me.
"Uh I think you got the wrong person."
