Shiro fell backward, the room was deathly silent as the alpha tried to process what just happened. Keith launched himself forward to restrain Hunk," Calm down I know your angry but violence isn't the answer", Keith yelled trying to gain control of the situation. Hunk through him off leaving everyone surprised by his strength only to remember Hunk has to lift 200-pound mechanical gear daily (I live for strong Hunk). The Samoan man was not having any of this," Shut up Keith you didn't step in and stop this from happening now sit the fuck down and listen to me for once in your goddamn life," Hunk yelled as he shook from a rage he had never felt before. Slightly afraid of the beta before him, Keith quickly sat down next to Shiro.
As Hunk caught his breath he motioned to Coran and Allura to leave the room, which they did so reluctantly. Shiro was nursing a split lip and a few stray tears as Keith attempted to soothe him. Hunk slowly turned back to the pair," Shiro you better have a damn good reason for hurting my best friend because if you don't I will personally launch you into space," he said sternly with his arms crossed. Shiro flinched and fought the urge to growl at the order, I just wanted Lance to rest more before being on the field, it could have put him in danger", he mumbled quietly. Hunk signed," Did you really think that was the right thing to do because that sounds like bullshit Shiro", the alpha went to argue only to be cut off. Hunk continued with increasing volume," Before Lance was outed you could have cared less if he was fighting or not and just because you know he's an omega now doesn't change the fact Lance is apart of the damn team and he can fight well on his goddamn own without your bigoted gender view," Hunk finished to catch his breath. He turned his back to the crying pack alpha and freighted second in command and before he walked out of the room he looked over his shoulder," I know Adam was an omega and a pilot, He taught you differently Takashi and now he would be disappointed", Hunk whispered loud enough for the pair to hear before leaving the room.
When the door shut behind him, Shiro started sobbing hysterically. Keith quickly wrapped himself around Shiro rocking him back and forth slowly trying to soothe the guilt and anguish the older was feeling. It took a total of 2 hours for Shiro to calm down.
Shiro breathed in Keith smell," He's right you know, Adam would be disappointed and god I hate myself it would be easier on you two if I launched myself into space or let the galra keep me", he whispered sadly. Keith flinched and tightened his grip on his lover," Don't say that Shiro ever I love you so much and so does Lance, No matter what Adam always knew you would do what you thought was best", he took a shaky breath before continuing; " No one would wish what has happened to you to continue longer than it already not even Lance right now so what we need to do is find him and fix this", Keith kissed Shiro's bruised cheek and stood up putting out a hand for Shiro.
The alpha smiled sadly and cleared his tears before taking Keith's hand and standing up. Keith smiled and kissed Shiro slowly but put every emotion he could into. The pair walked slowly out of the room, hand, and hand on their way to find their partner.
The walk to Lance's room was a comfortable silence, and before the knew it stood in front of the sliding door hesitant to enter. Shiro took the initiative and stepped forward in order to make the door open. Inside the room, Lance was in the corner that was piled up to the knees with blankets, stuffed animals, and clothes. Everything from Pidge's jacket to Hunk headband, a pair of Shiro's work out clothes and Keith's old stuffed hippo. It was a nest and in the center was Lance curled up in a ball sleeping soundly. The pair smiled fondly and walked slowly towards the sleeping omega. Next to the nest laid a piece of paper, Shiro bent over and picked it up it simply read-
Get your fucking head out of your ass and talk about your feelings. It isn't that fucking hard and doesn't talk to me till you learn to kiss and made you dumb mother fuckers.
P.S. I'm sorry for hurting you Shiro I'll make an apology dinner of your choice.

The pair laughed at the cursive remorse of Hunk compared to the sassy and vulgar chicken scratch of Pidge. Keith slowly knelt down and shook Lance to wake him up. Well, the Omega wasn't having any of this, he simply groaned and rolled over. Shiro chuckled and joined Keith," Come on Love you need to wake up we need to talk", He whispered while rubbing Lance's back. The Cuban male reacted to that," An less your here to tell me that your a big fat dummy and I'm a sharpshooting master who is not weak and whose secondary gender doesn't define me than I don't want to hear it", Lance said with a smile before wrapping his arms around his alphas.
Shiro smiled sadly," I'm a big fat dummy who should have never said that because my omega is a cool ninja sharpshooter who I love very much and he can handle himself on the battlefield", He said while clinging to Lance. The boy in his arms nodded," What you said hurt me Shiro but after a nap, nest building, and a long talk with Pidge I can see where you were coming from but that doesn't make it right so you are going to be punished", The alphas laughed. Keith grinned," So what should his punishment be baby boy", he said before kissing the omega.
Lance paused for a second before getting a shit-eating grin on his face," No extra train for either of you and I get any kind of affection I want but you to cant have sex for a week, not even with each other," He explained sternly. Keith groaned before complaining about how that was cruel and unusual punishment. On the other hand, Shiro kissed Lance sweetly," I think I can live for that", he than cuddled up to his omega peppering him with kisses and I love yous.
Hey, my little roses (and daises) I hope you enjoyed this chapter. So I watched season 8 it and my soul has been crushed and I'm afraid that the blueberry cult is planning murder and everything is not okies. Due to Allura departing us in season 8 it will not be included in this story obviously. I'm sorry for the wonky update schedule I do plan on getting better about it.
